Trevor's POV
"5,6,7,8!" I count as Isaac and Victoria rehearse for our first show tomorrow night in Newcastle. "Great job guys. Where's Brittany? We need to rehearse." I call out hoping she'll hear me. Everyone looks around and shrugs while I groan. 'Where is this girl when I need her?'
I search around the theater and finally found her digging through her bag in the change room. "Britt, We need to rehearse." I say and she looks up. "You scared me." She says. "I've been doing that a lot lately." I chuckle. "What were you looking for?" I ask. "I was just grabbing my jacket." She tells me zipping up her purple bag.
I follow her out the door and the corridor to the stage. The music begins to play and Britt starts to dance and I follow along. By the end of our rehearsal I thought it couldn't be much worse.
"No offense guys but what was that?" Jordan asks and everyone agrees. I see Brittany run a hand through her hair and run off the stage and Victoria run after her. I get off the stage myself, to calm down.
I find a chair and put my head in my hands. I hear footsteps and look up to see Victoria approach me looking quite angry.
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO BRITT!"
"I didn't do anything. My friends did." I tell her calmly.
"What did they do?!" She snaps glaring at me. "Um, I rather not tell you." I mumble. "You better." She threatens.
Truth is, I'm not afraid of Victoria but when she gets mad, You better not cross her path. Usually she doesn't get mad. Like ever. Kinda like Brittany. Those two are always in a happy, upbeat mood.
I sigh and and tell her what had happened last week.
"Oh my-" "Yea I know Vic!" I shout interrupting her. "I should go to her." She says running off. I walk back to the stage around five minutes later and see Brittany with Victoria.
Victoria gives me a glare and I brush it off. It's not technically my fault that Brittany took offense to that particular subject. I don't so why should she?
I approach Brittany who is currently sitting down on the stage. I take her hand not giving her a choice and pull her up to talk in private. I get right to the point.
"Brittany, You need to trust me." I tell her. "No. Not when you bet on my feelings." She said making eye contact with me and I immediately knew she heard us yesterday in the lobby.
"Britt, I am so sorry. It was Isaac's idea." I tell her. "Why do you enjoy hurting me?" She asks turning around to leave. "I don't." I shout to her. "Then why are you doing this?" "Doing what? I thought we were back in good standings! We need to put this aside so the fans will have a good time tomorrow." "Fine, for the fans." She states and I silently high five myself. Brittany would do anything for the fans.
"Can we go practice?" I ask and she nods not looking at me.
Brittany and I finished practice around 8pm, way after everyone went back to the hotel.
Our duet was good. But not great. Brittany and I both grab our stuff. The jet leg and the tiredness weighs heavy on us. You could see it in Brittany's face and mine too for that matter. This is what being on tour is like tho. Different time zones in every countries. You learn to adjust in time but the first week is always the hardest.
