With eyes still closed but slowly becoming aware of his surroundings, Rj felt Maine's side of the bed. It was empty but still a bit warm. He opened his eyes turned on his side and saw her looking out the window. He stood up from bed and approached her for a hug. "Good morning...." He said as he kissed her on the head.
"Good morning.......open the box...." she said as she turned to a box that was on the coffee table beside her. He released his hug and turned his attention to the box.
He pulled on the blue ribbon and lifted the lid. Inside were a set of boxer briefs. He chuckled as he took out one and held it up. ".....hahahaha!.....CK pa talaga!.......and in my size!.......so, you think I have a body like Cristiano Ronaldo?" Rj wiggled his eyebrows as he flexed his arms while holding on to one of the boxers.
"...I just want to make sure that you walk properly....."
He hugged her again and rested his face in her neck. "What if.....I just keep all these and go commando....that way, I'm sure to walk properly na kasi di na mukhang naiipit badoodles ko.....besides, sabi mo, gifted ako....." he teased.
"Yabang!" Maine said as she tapped his arms which were on his waist.
"I love you, my Sungit!" he said, laughing, as he tightened his embrace.
