I watched the brown haired girl walk through the sleeping room, right past me. She glanced at me, smiling. I narrowed my eyes and looked away.
"What's up with you?" Ethan asked, raising his eyebrows.
"Nothing, I'm fine." I responded, bringing my knees close to me.
Ethan bit his lip, making a thinking face. "Is it...that time of the month?"
"Ethan!" I screamed, my face heating up. I couldn't help but laugh at his stupid question, even though it was pretty embarrassing.
Everyone around us stared at me, confused by my random outburst. Ethan narrowed his eyes at them, shooing them off. They all turned their heads away once again.
"Sorry." He said. "That's the only thing I could think of."
I shrugged it off. If that's what he believed, that's what it would be. "Yeah, you're right though."

"Hello!"
I jumped, turning around to see the new girl. "You?"
"Uh, yes, me?" She raised her eyebrows awkwardly.
I furrowed my eyebrows. "Who are you? Why are you here?"
"My names Marzia." She held out her hand for me to shake, reluctantly I took it. "And I was....lost. I found this place and they invited me in."
As she spoke, I noticed her thick accent. She sounded Italian. Sean was Irish, Signe was Danish, Marzia was Italian. Weird.
I nodded, placing my hand on the knife in my pocket. Just in case. "Okay..."
"Who's that really cute blue haired boy?" Marzia suddenly asked.
I turned around, seeing Ethan and Mark walking by. They saw me and waved, continuing their walk. "Look, I don't want to....set boundaries. But, that boy, is mine."
Marzia laughed, placing her hand on my shoulder. I tensed up at her touch. "I know, I know. I saw you glaring at me when he was giving me a tour, and you two talk to each other a lot. I won't get in the way."
"Don't you have a boyfriend?" I blurted out, Marzia making a weird face.
"....No?"
I rubbed my chin. "Who was that blond guy with you?"
"What blond guy? I haven't been with anyone since this whole thing started." She told me.
"Wait...what?" I let out, staring at her. "But you were with Sean...and Signe."
"Who?" Marzia asked, not comprehending what I was saying. "I really don't know what you're talking about."
I scratched the back of my neck. "I'm sorry. I thought you were someone else that I met a while ago."
"Oh, it's fine." Marzia giggled.
I stared at her, unsure what to say. She gave me a smile and waved, walking off. I looked to the ground and sighed.
"What was that about?" Tyler asked when he came up to me, watching Marzia walk off. "Don't tell me you started yelling at her."
"No...I didn't. I guess I mistakened her for someone else." I said blankly.
Tyler blinked but nodded. "Oh. Well, maybe you two can become friends now."
"Maybe." I said.

This chapter is basically just a short filler, sorry. But there may be multiple updates today because I have a snow day!
Fun story: I chased a car down the road while it was snowing last night. 2 or 3 people were robbed last night and they all reported seeing the one car. I saw it driving down my road and slid on my Ugg boots and took off running after it. I didn't catch it though because by the time I got my boots on it was halfway down the road. :(
Running in the snow felt pretty good though and it may or may not inspire one of these chapters.
Please vote and comment because it means a lot when you all do!
