I woke up, feeling light headed. My forehead throbbed with pain. I lifted my hand and felt a bump, seeing some blood on my fingers when I lowered my hand again. I could feel my heart beat in my head. The world seemed to be moving in slow motion.
I turned my head, seeing Ethan unconscious. With a weak hand, I reached for him, shaking his body. Ethan groaned, his head barley moving.
"Ethan," I said quietly, my head pounding as I spoke. "Wake up."
It took a few moments until I was met with Ethan's green orbs. He gasped, running his hand across my bruised forehead. "What happened?"
"We....crashed, I think." I replied.
I could hardly remember anything. All I could think of was the stars. Ethan shifted in his seat and looked forward to check on Mark and Amy. I tapped Mark's shoulder, earning no response. I looked to Ethan, worried.
"Hold on." he leaned forward, placing his fingers on Mark's neck. "He's alive, just unconscious."
No longer worrying about Mark, I looked to where Amy was and gasped, my hand covering my mouth. Her eyes were wide from fear, her mouth was gaping open. Amy's neck was bent at an odd angle, her lower body being crushed in.
I gasped for air, my hands trembling. "Oh no....no no no."
Ethan's eyebrows peaked, his eyes watering. The two of us looked to one another, then to Mark. He had lost everything; His home, Kathryn, an eye, Chica, Tyler, and now Amy.
Fumbling, I unbuckled my seatbelt and made my way out of the car, falling onto the grass. I threw up. I wasn't really sure why, sickness? The pounding in my head? Nervousness?
I heard the other door close, Ethan placing his hand on my shoulder. Resting my head on my forearm, I took shaky breaths. After a while, I calmed down and lifted my head, closing my eyes for a brief moment.
Hearing a horrified scream, Ethan and I both twisted around to look at the car. Mark's back was pressed up against the passangers door, his shoulders lifting up and down as he hyperventilated. Ethan ran to the car and opened the door, yanking Mark out the door. Mark's face was wet from tears, and becoming blue from the lack of air from crying so hard. Mark started crawling back to the car, Ethan and I grabbing him and forcing him back.
"Amy!" He called out as if she could hear him. "Amy pl-please!"
I swallowed hard. "She can't hear you."
Mark curled up in a ball, becoming weak. He winced when he grabbed his leg, but tried to ignore it. The pain he felt physically was nothing compared to the pain he felt mentally.
"Mark, lets get everyone fixed up." Ethan said calmly. He stood up and walked to the busted car, opening the trunk. Ethan looked around and eventually found a small box. "Who's first?"

Ethan winced as I pressed the wet cloth to his side. "Sorry."
"Its fine." He let out, his voice pained.
I heard Mark's cries even though he was a good distance away. I really didn't know what to talk about at this point, but I could not keep listening to Mark cry.
"I can't believe Phil shot you." I said. Then I remember Tyler, he had been shot too, but his fate was a lot worse. "Just be happy you're alive."
Ethan let out a laugh, looking directly at me. "Yeah, I am. And also, this hurts a hell of a lot more than my leg."
"And this barley bullet touched you." I chuckled and shook my head.
"Question," Ethan began, looking around as I wrapped bandage around his torso. "Where are Gerald and Rosanna?"
I hadn't even noticed that the two were missing. I was too concerned with the car crash to realize that the second car was nowhere to be seen. "They wouldn't have left us....would they?"
"They probably thought we were all dead." Was all Ethan said in response.
Mark's sobs seemed to slow down. I looked to Ethan. "Maybe he's finally calming do-"
Ethan and I froze as the sound of a gun echoed throughout the small forest we were in. I stood up and made my way around the few trees that kept us a distance from Mark, Ethan following me.
The two of us stopped, seeing Mark's body lying on the ground. My breath hitched, seeing the gun held between his fingers.
"He couldn't handle it anymore." Ethan whispered, his voice cracking. Once the words left his mouth, I broke out into a sob.
It was just us. Two left.
