chapter 30 : flashback ( and we meet again)

AOM 's POV

I was at the entrance of that restaurant..when i saw pnay sitting at the left corner of that place..
I didnt recognize the other person sitting next to her..until she turns back.
It was tina ..a very different tina..

Her hair was a little bit longer and her body gone more bigger..

I sat down beside pnay..facing her..
She was looking at me...no reactions on her face..

Pnay: maybe now..i dont have to explain why i brought the two of you here...well be doing the second sequel of yes or no..since it gain so many public demands.. and i have to congratulate you for the success..

We both nod and continue listening to pnay..

Pnay : i didnt able to bring the script with me..so i will just show that to you after our next meeting..so.are you going to accept this project again?

Aom: me..yes..but maybe...we need to adjust for my schedule..since im continuing my class now..

Tina; me..i still have to talk to someone first...and to my parents..

Pnay: ok..just keep in touch..and by the way..there will be another character for this sequel..youll going to.meet her through our next meet up..

After pnay left..
I knew i have to go also..i still have.my class..

Aom: ahm..im going also..

Tina; me too..

We both stood up..

And marched towards the exit of that restaurant..

Tina: ill call for a cab..

Aom; no need..i already have my car..

Tina: ah..ok..

She was looking at the corner where i park the car..

Aom: so..?..ahm..i better go now..

Tina; sure..

And she wave..

I step away from her..but my feet seemed wanted to go back..

So i turned back to her..

Aom: tina..

Tina: yes?

Aom: ill take you a ride..

No hesitation she went towards me and later we both get in into the car..

Tina: when did you start driving..?

Aom: just two months...

Tina; ahh..but you drive like a pro now..

I smiled..and fucosed on the road..

Aom: how about you?..
You know how to drive?

Tina: yah..i been practicing for almost a couple of months sometimes use my sister's car..

Aom: that's good..
So you would be able to drive for knoon..

Tina: no..she dont want me..she doesnt trust me..im so careless she said..

Aom: maybe she's right..

Then it cause her to laugh..

It was a minute of silence..before i saw her looking at me..

Aom; what?

Tina: huh?

Aom: why are you staring at me?

Tina:oh..you caught me..

Aom: mostly..

Tina: im just happy seeing you again..

Aom: really..

Tina: yah..you became more gorgeous now..

Aom: does it mean..i have to compliment you also?

Tina; your choice..

Aom: youre handsome than i expected you will be...you had change a lot ...
What are you taking in..?

Tina: taking in?..haha..nothing..

I look away..just to hide my laugh..

Tina: and how about you..gaining that humor..

Aom: i already have it before tina..you just didnt notice..cause you fucosing to something else..

Tina; i did?..yah..hehe..
And also..you had being so straight to the point now..

Aom: i am already tina..again you didnt know..cause you are fucosing on something else..

She didnt speak again..but i know..she's was thinking of something..
I just turned on the stereo..

Music playing...

Ninety miles ..outside chicago...
Cant stop driving i dont know why..
To many questions ..that need an answers..
Two years later you are still on my mind..

Tina : you still listen to this song?

Aom; hmm..yeah..it reminds me a lot of someone..

Tina: who?

i look at her..

Tina: me??

Aom: yah..remember that coaster scene..
Maybe you didnt notice ..but we were having fun while watching you..
Im singing this song..but you did it so loud.making your voice covered the whole van...

Tina;no way?.i did that??

She looked away..trying to remember it..

Tina; oh.my god..i remembered already..haha..what a shame..

Aom: its ok..
There are just seven people inside the coaster that time..and you sang it good..haha..

Tina: thanks ..that was a relief..

after that happy conversation..
Now its near over..

Aom; reality check..were here..this is the place right?

Tina: hmm.yes..

I was waiting for her to open the door.and drop off...but she stayed for a while..

Aom; aheem...i still have class to attend..if you dont mind.

Tina: yeah...im going..thanks for the ride..

Aom; go.your girlfriend is waiting for you..

She took her phone..trying to ask something..but..hesitating..

Aom: tina..

Tina: yah..bye..

She open the door..i took her phone and put my number..

Aom: next time..dont hesitate..

Tina; ok..thanks..

She smiled so wide..before taking off from the car...she waved also before i get going..
I just breathe out so heavily after driving away...
