Part One: Game Night Gone Wrong

So it's Saturday and I'm doing absolutely nothing. What has my life come to? I'm a lazy 17 year old girl, who is currently watching sponge bob because no one cares about me..... Okay maybe I'm being a bit dramatic.

I actually had some girl named Kasey invite me to the mall, but I told her I was busy. I know what your think and I wasn't lying... I am busy, I'm very busy with watching tv.

The real reason I didn't want to go was because Kasey is a huge gossip, all she does is talk about people. I'm just to nice to tell her the real reason I didn't want to go.

*Ding ding*

My phone went off but I couldn't find it. "Where the heck are you phone?" I yelled out of frustration as if it were going to answer me. After a few minutes of searching I found it. Can you guess where it was? Well, it may or may not have been in my back pocket. I looked to see who it was that texted. It was Brian.

Brian💩: Hey Lex what are you doing tonight?

Lexi🌮: Well I'm kind of busy right now...

Brian💩: Lexi I swear if your talking about watching tv I'm gonna come over there and steal your tv.😂

Lexi🌮: Dang it Brian your such a party pooper. What do you want anyways lol

Brian💩: Just be at my house at 7:30 for a game night

Lexi🌮: Yes sir!🙄

It was five right now so I had time to finish my show and then get ready. I finished the episode of SpongeBob where they go camping, which is my favorite, and then I went upstairs to get ready. My mom was in her room on the phone with someone but I don't know who. She was speaking in Spanish so I couldn't understand. Yes I know what your thinking. Your wondering why I don't understand her if I'm Hispanic. Well I was born speaking English and I just never really learned it. I understand a little bit, but not enough to understand a phone conversation.

I went to my room and picked out my t-shirt that said "Don't care" and I put on some sweat pants. I always dress pretty casual when I go to Brian's, unless I'm over there for dinner. I curled my eyelashes and put on some mascara but that's it. I'm not really into the whole "let's cake on some makeup so I can look like bozo the clown" kinda thing so I don't really wear a lot of it.

I grabbed my boots and headed to my moms room to tell her where I would be. She was still on the phone when I came in. She quickly said something in Spanish and then turned to me.

"What do you need Lexi, I'm on the phone." She said quietly.

"I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to Brian's house but I'll be home around midnight. If I'm to tired to drive home I'll just stay the night."

"Okay mija that's fine. (Mija is what she calls me sometimes. It's like saying my daughter or little girl) Just be careful." She said shooing me out of the room. I wonder who she was talking to and why she was acting so weird.

I got in my Jeep and drove over to Brian's house. It's 7:20 but it takes me a bit to get to his house. He doesn't live very far, but doesn't exactly live close to me either. I got there and I see three other cars. I recognize one of them as Makayla's car, but I don't who the other two belong to.

I get off and ring the doorbell. Brian answers the door with a funny look on his face.

"Hey girl!" He says in a girly tone.

"Heeeeyyy!" I said all stupid like. I walk in and I see Makayla, and some other kids from school.

"Your here!!! I am now complete!" Makayla screams as she runs over and hugs me.

"Geez, you act like I didn't just see you yesterday." I say while laughing

Brain introduced me to the other people that were there. Justin, and Blake where there. They go to Pine Ridge but I don't really talk to them. Sophie Stevens was there, we are friends but not close friends. After we all got aquatinted Justin set up the game. We were playing charades.

"Who wants to go first?" Brain asked.

"Ooo! Ooo! Me! Pick me!" I started saying like a five year old.

"Umm I think Lexi wants to go." Blake said laughing.

Everyone kinda laughed and then I got up and started acting out what I was. I started crawling around on the ground and making funny noises.

"What are you doing?" Makayla said laughing.

Everyone laughed and tried guessing what I was.

"Llama!" Justin yelled out. Everyone stopped and looked at him. We all started laughing. And I kept on acting.

After a while they got tired of trying to guess.

"I give up!" Brian and Makayla both said.

"Are you serious?! I was a stinkin' baby! How did you guys not get that?" I said and then put my hand in my face. We stopped playing after that and we all talked for a bit.

"So were you born in Toronto?" Justin randomly asked me.

" No I was born in Ottowa and I lived there up until last year." I answered.

"Oh well do you like it here?"

"Yeah I do! I'm really glad that I moved here. I didn't have very many friends back home."

"Oh well you do now so that's all that matters" he said playfully nudging me.

We all talked and watched tv. Eventually I fell asleep.

I hope tomorrow is just as fun as today.
