Chapter 21: Time To Save Red!

  "Parker, Parker wake up!" I yell in Parker's ear waking him up, "what I'm awake!" He says jolting up, looking around, "man my eyes! My head! What happened?" Parkers says covering his head with a blanket, "you decided to get drunk.." I said pointing at the coffee, "man I got problems.." Parker says drinking the coffee, "big ones.." I add throwing on a backpack I found, adding some supplies I could use, "where are you going?" Parker asks finishing his coffee, "to save Red from Lance" I say heading out the door, "why? And who's Lance?" Parker asks closing the door behind him, "I'll explain along the way" I say heading toward the reception desk, "ok?" Parker says fallowing close behind, "ok, bye" Melody says putting the phone away, "Hey Max! Feeling better?" Melody asks stepping close to the desk, "yeah, can you help Parker and-" I stop and look at Parker who seems to be
staring at Melody, but I pretend not to notice and continue, "I get our friend out of a bad situation?" I ask, kicking Parker in the foot, "sure! Let me get changed" Melody says going to a room, and Parker slowly starts creeping toward the door, "dude you need help" I say pulling him back by his jacket, "I know.." Parker says hanging his head, "ready!" Melody says coming out of the room in a blue T-shirt and shorts, and Parker quietly whistles, and I quickly punch him in the shoulder and whisper, "stop starring you weirdo!" Too bad Parker can't have the ability Oblivion, it would make things so much better for him.. which is sad actually.. "ok lets go to where I last seen them!" I say as we head out and get greeted by a gray sky, then again we are underground.

  10 minutes later, and a lot of explaining....

  "Here we are" I say as we approach the building, and we walk in finding the body of Brutus gone, "gee looks like you had a blood bath!" Parker says with disgust, "yeah and you still fought me" I say back, looking around, "don't remind me...." Parker said ashamed, "but he is a cutie.." Melody says as she bites her lip, and I hear Parkers heart skip a beat, yes that's how loud it was, great, the last thing I need is a lovey dovey duo, "guys look for clues on where they might have gone!" I say checking up stairs, after a few moments I hear, screeeee! "What's that!" I shout downstairs, "Melody found a lever!" Parker replied, so I jump down looking at a secret tunnel leading down, "good job Melody!" I say, but how did she find something like this in matter of minutes? "Lets go" I say stepping in, but as I do I start sliding, "what the!" I yell in the tunnel doing loops, "aaah!" Parker shouts as he slips in too, "wait up!" Melody yells falling in as well, after about 10 minutes we all fall out a hole, from the sky!! "What the heck is this!" Parker yells falling above me, and as I look down, we seem to be falling into a lake, in a park, in a huge city!!! How do they do this?! Building cities underground! "Oh my Arceus! This is insane!" I shout doing a dive into the lake making a small splash, while Parker and Melody make a big one, and I get out of the water, looking up and finding people staring at us, "crap" I say under my breath as Melody comes out, looking away because well, never mind, "here Melody" Parker says quietly giving her his shield, "oh.... thanks.." Melody says covering her chest, "Mind your own business!" I yell at the people standing there, and the they just continue walking, "gees, people theses days" I say tossing Melody a jacket I packed, "put that on, we're going to stay in a hotel for tonight" I say putting me backpack on, "good idea.." Melody says giving Parker his shield after she puts the jacket on.
  After some searching and questions we find a hotel that isn't that expensive, "thank you and enjoy your stay!" The Nidoqueen says as I pay her for our room, "where did you get the cash?" Parker asks as we head to our room, "street fights" I reply as I open the door, "oh yeah, why didn't you add that to your explanation from what happened?" Parker says annoyingly, "didn't think it mattered, anyway, Melody you get that bed, Parker you take that one and I'll sleep on he chair" I say throwing my backpack next to the chair, "why don't one of you sleep next to me, I won't mind" Melody says putting her stuff on the right side, "I wi-" Parker gets cut off by me, "no I will, you sleep on that bed" I say, "I don't want any funny business between the two of you, it's bad already that your head over heals for one another" I continue, seeing Parker and Melody blush and look opposite directions, "good.." I say, looking out the window, I'll help you Red, count on it....
