Hey, guys, this is my first story so please have an open mind. This is just a pilot so it is probably going to be short the first few chapters, enjoy! Also that picture above I took it myself, pretty cool huh?
"Welcome to your new home Allison. You should start unpacking your stuff, you have school tomorrow."
"Yah so exciting, I get to go to a new school; be the new girl and learn," I say sarcastically
She sighs in regard to my comment and gives me a stern look as if she wants me to behave.
Even though life sucks for me right now it doesn't mean it doesn't for my mom too. We both just went through the worst possible thing that could happen to a person just two weeks ago. Feels like yesterday, but it will always feel that way. I say to myself knowing my life will never be the same. I will never be able to cope with what my father and my Aunt did to rip apart my family. My parents were basically the role models in my life and how I viewed the perfect marriage, but nothings perfect I guess.
While I was sorting through my thoughts I didn't even realize I made it to my room and started putting it together. My old room was so pink and childlike and I hated it, it reminded me of how naive I once was. But my new room is awesome, the only thing good about this small apartment.
After doing the final touches of my room I look at the clock; 10:30! I am mentally and physically exhausted after all the moving so I decide that it is time to get ready for bed. I go to the bathroom to wash up and use the toilet. After I finish up my business I walk back down the hall to my room and jump under the covers. Seconds after my head hit the pillow, I fall into a deep sleep.
