POV~ Allison

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Logan at the door, but I knew it was him when he called me Chick. No one calls me that except him. I missed him so much. I hugged him so tight and he hugged me tighter.

Logan Huntley was my best friend since kindergarten. He helped me fight off bullies and would always be by my side. It broke my heart when I left Florida and didn't explain anything, but he understood I needed space and respected that.

We break the hug and I feel a hand go around my waist. "Want to introduce me?"

I look up to see Rick, he pulls me a little closer. "This is my best friend from Florida, Logan Huntley. Logan this is my boyfriend Rick Warren."

For a second I see Logan's face fall but collects himself pretty quickly I'm not even sure it happened. They both shake hands.

"Nice to meet you, Rick. Thank you for being there for A when I couldn't."

"Nice to meet you too man, and I would take a bullet for her."

"So Chick, were is your ma? She is the one that made me come here in the first place." Logan asks.

As if she heard him she comes out from the kitchen and runs over to hug Logan.

She squeezes Logan so tight "Oh Logan! I missed you so much! How is Florida?" she exclaims.

"Everyone is great. Mom says hi. And I missed you guys too."

"Okay, guys enough with the mushy stuff lets party!!" Tori shouts from the other room. Noah laughs.

I hear the music go on from the other room and Logan looks at me.

"I guess we should do what she says, huh?"

"Yeah, she's pretty serious when it comes to parties."

We dance, we eat, and we laugh. I had a great time.

At the end of the night when everything was winding down I went out to the roof for some fresh air. I love looking out into the night and listening to the commotion from down below.

After looking out for a while I hear a familiar voice from behind me.

"Hey, are you okay chick? I saw you come up here not too long ago."

I turn around to see Logan. "Yeah, I'm fine. I just like to listen to the sounds of the city."

"Its nice isn't it?" He sighs with a sad look on his face

"What's wrong Logan?"

"How long have you and Rick been together?"

"Almost Five months why?" I look at him concerned

"Do you love him?"

"Of course. But there's something else here, what aren't you telling me?"

"You know me too well Chick." he takes a deep breath. "When I came here I didn't think you would move on so fast."

"I don't understand, what do you mean?" I ask totally lost.

"Remember that party we went to the night before you left?"

"Yeah, I got pretty drunk so you had to carry me to my room."

"Yeah and you kissed me. You also told me you had a crush on me for a while."

"Oh."

Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that Logan was my first crush?
