As I walked up to the diner I could see Mitch sittin on her usual stool waiting on me to come in . So I opened the door quickly and walked inside
" heyy girl! you finally got here!" Mitch blurted out
" hey Mitch sorry my brother took forever to drag himself out of bed , which you already know how he is , but anyways youll never believe what I dreamed about last night "
"hmmm ill take one guess , LUKE BRYAN! that's all you ever dream about Daisy , but so do I haha"
"haha lucky guess , but I dreamed I won Luke concert tickets and also a private concert!!! it was amazing , I can still remember his smell and just his smile and we took selfies Mitch WE TOOK SELFIES! ughh I just wish it wouldn't have been a dream , its like nothing special ever happens to me "
"Daisy I know how you feel, we are in the same boat! but that sounds like an awesome dream but also depressing afterwards, but hey ya never know when something unbelievable is going to happen, look on the bright side, at least by June we should have enough money saved up to at least see him in concert!!
"yeah your right Mitch , i should be happy im at least going -------
"What are you girls doing????" ( the manager doesn't seem to enjoy talking about Luke)
of course we lost track of time while talking about Luke and didn't notice it was time to unlock the doors and get the diner operating .
"Sorry sir , we lost track of time , it won't happen again " Daisy muttered then hopped off her stool and started preparing for a long day at the diner . She thought at least she has her best friend to keep her company all day .
