Luke , Luck, and Love

Chapter 64 ( How could it get any better ?)

I woke up to a major headache and the sun shining in through the window in ... oh im in the room Luke fixed up for me in his house . I slowly started to sit up and Luke walked in

"Hey!! baby your awake, how are you feeling? by the looks of it your not feeling the greatest"

I gave Luke the best fake smile i could "well... yeah i feel like a train wreck "

Luke sat down on the side of the bed "Here , you lay back down and im going to go get you some pills for that headache okay? " Luke said with a caring tone to his voice

I laid down and he covered me up and kissed my forehead and then shut the blinds on the window so the sun wasn't so bright .

As i laid there i thought to myself what happened last night? i barely remember a thing . But maybe thats a good thing .. haha . Luke really is amazing he always takes care of me and puts up with me even when he doesn't have to .

my thoughts were interupted when Harley walked in

"Hey Daisy !"

"hey Harlz " i said with a smile . I should ask her about last night

"I know its crazy but... I don't really remember what happened last night .. do you?"

"Well you got drunk haha majorly drunk after you took that test ... but Luke made sure you got home okay and cleaned you up and took care of you ... i honestly think he was up all night worried about you . I heard the tv in the living room come on and off several times and one time i heard him playing his guitar on the porch . He was pretty worried about you , he knew how upset you were about the whole situation...."

"wow... that explains why i don't remember anything. Luke is the best , poor thing up all night because he was worried about me . "

"yes he is , do you need anything girl?"

Luke walked in "nope i got her taken care of harlz" he said with a wink

we started laughing

"haha okay , well im gonna go downstairs BM said about goin out for breakfast . I'll see y'all later "

Luke handed me the pills and an icepack for my head

I smiled at him ... "Luke can i come downstairs with you? i just miss you and im tired of being up here alone."

Lukes face lit up "sure Daisy girl if thats what you want "

so we headed downstairs together . Luke turned on sports and i curled up beside him on the couch . While i was laying there i started thinking of what i could do to show Luke how much i appreciate him , something i could do to surprise him , maybe tomorrow night because we will be leaving for vacation this weekend !

I woke up to the front door opening . There i was all tangled up with Luke on the couch , we fell asleep.

It was Harley and Black  Mike and Carter tagging behind 

"whats going on in here! " BM yelled with laughter

"yeah! Cover your eyes children" Carter said

" ha ha ha very funny " Luke said and then let out a big yawn and stretched

"y'all aint gonna be able to sleep tonight , look at the clock , its 9:30 " Harley said

"they won't be sleepin tonight " Carter said with a wink

everybody started laughing

"Carter! " i yelled trying not to laugh

they all came in and sat down , then Carter ran and grabbed his guitar and started playing , then eventually Luke did the same thing and had all of us clapping and singing along

I looked at the clock and it was midnight .

"well guys we're gonna hit the hay " BM said and grabbed Harleys hand

we all nodded and said goodnight and then they headed out to the bus to sleep

Carter stood up "Well looks like that is my cue to leave you two love birds "

"you don't have to leave " i said

"No, Carter get out " Luke said and then busted out laughing and then patted Carter on the back " you know im kiddin with ya buddy"

"yeah yeah , well im headin off to bed , goodnight "

we said goodnight and he headed over to the bus to sleep too

When Carter shut the door Luke turned around slowly and walked over to me real slow and had this smirk on his face and did that purrr sound and then sat down beside me and said "you come here often?"

I thought i was going to die from laughing " Luther!! " i screamed when he tackled me with his neck kisses

I grabbed a couch pillow and started hitting him with it and then he grabbed one and started doing the same thing haha ...i'm so in love with this man <3

I took off running for the stairs and before i could make it there Luke caught up to me , grabbed me like i was leaving , and switched the lights off. I just stood there until i felt his lips touch mine .... wow..

then i broke the silence " have you been using my watermelon chapstick??" i asked with a giggle

"hey whats a man supposed to do when hes got chapped lips ?" Luke said and then kissed me again "Do you like it ?" he asked with a laugh

I whispered in his ear " i love it " and then took off running up the stairs and into his room

When Luke came in i was jumping on his bed

"excuse me but no jumping on the bed miss " Luke said with a real serious voice

"what you gonna do about it mr ?" I let out a giggle after i said that ... its what? 1 am and we are sooo silly right now haha

"this" Luke said and then jumped up on the bed and pinned me down "now you are sentenced to this bed for the night"

"whatever you say Mr Bryan haha"

Luke kissed me and i could feel the smile on his face when he kissed me ... we just laid there in the quiet darkness and held each other like it was our last moment together .... how could it get any better than this ?
