"That girl?!"
I looked at Luke in the mirror and said "Yes Luther! That girl that you told "I always wondered what we could have been" to.... I don't understand at all"
Luke started to giggle
I gave him this angry look "And why are you laughing! I do not think this is a funny situation"
"Baby that girl i was talking to is an old friend from college. And the reason why i told her what i did, is because we used to sing together all the time at bars and on our free time , and i always wondered if we could have became a band or group and how far we could have went . "
I started to sweat and blush because i feel like a total idiot , Luke wasn't flirting or wishing he was with her at all. He was just talking about music and missing an old friend . Wow. Somehow i always find a way to over react ...
"oh.... i ... im sorry Luke i over reacted i just .. when i saw her so close to you and then when i heard that one phrase you said i just thought of the worst and instead of sticking around and finding out i just ran away like a baby."
Luke wrapped me up in a hug " Its okay Daisy girl , i get jealous too , a lot, thats what makes us perfect for each other because we both get crazy jealous over little things because thats how much we love each other . I love you so much baby and id never do anything to hurt you or our relationship"
We just stood there and kissed for awhile until we saw someone else's reflection in the mirrors along with ours so we figured it was time to move on haha
Luke grabbed my hand and we walked out of the fun house . We headed for the arena to watch the truck pulls . I texted Harley to tell her where we was in case her and BM wanted to come sit with us.
... about an hour later they came and sat in the stands with us to watch the last half of the pulls. It was nice us girls sat in front of the guys and leaned back on them and cuddled , it was kinda cute too.
Luke kissed my forehead to wake me up because apparently i fell asleep haha "Well baby you ready to head out ? we got a big day ahead of us tomorrow ! Packing and family coming in for our vacation! "
I slowly opened my eyes to look into Lukes " yeah baby i am ready hehe , i can't wait for tomorrow!! I'm so excited."
A big grin formed on Lukes face as we stood up and grabbed each others hands after Luke wrapped his jacket over my shoulders because it was a little chilly outside.
we all 4 walked out to the parking lot and got in our separate trucks to head back to the bus and Lukes house.....
As i laid with my head on Lukes shoulder in the truck on the ride home i thought to myself about vacation and how much fun it is going to be with Luke and with my family and friends ... and how happy i am to be living this dream of a life with the love of my life Thomas Luther Bryan <3 ...i couldn't help but smile as that thought popped in my mind <3 .....
