DJ's POV
Here we are a week away from graduation.. I'm so pumped to head off to college. The best part is that I'll be experiencing it all with the man who has my whole heart. JT finally told me that he is heading to UNC Chapel Hill with me on a full basketball scholarship. After worrying about how our relationship was going to last if we were apart in two different states I finally could relax and just focus on my future.
(Flashback to prom night)
"DJ come on babe lets go. Alright fellas I enjoyed it but we're about to get out of here. See y'all at school Monday."
JT grabbed my hand and led me to the car and pulled off heading to god knows where. After driving for almost an hour we pulled into a familiar road. Seeing where we were took me back to one of the best nights of my life. "DJ come on lets go inside" JT said bringing me back to reality.
Once inside we headed upstairs to change into some comfortable clothes. JT had to use the bathroom so I stepped out on the patio and as I was looking out over the lake I felt the strongest arms wrap around my waist. Looking back at JT, he had the biggest smile on his face which made me smile too. We just stood there looking into each others eyes before I leaned in and gave him a kiss. It started out as small pecks on the lips but soon turned into a full make out session before JT pulled away, grabbing my hand and leading me back inside to his room.
JT ran over and hopped on his bed as I walked over and sat down. Motioning for me to come sit in between his legs as he grabbed the remote to his IPod dock. I moved in between his legs as he hit play and the music began to play. JT held me in his arms tightly and told me to listen to the song. I listened to the lyrics coming from the speakers and found myself going to another place.

As the song continued to play I turned around and straddled him looking directly in his eyes. We sat there just looking at each other as the song continued to play.
