February 14, 2014.

Wow. Its been so long since I last updated this one. Anyway, Happy Single Awareness Day to all my fellow brethren. Yeah, you read it right. Hurray to Single ladies!!!!

Alright I'll admit it. One of my weaknesses aside from food, of course, are GUYS. Good-looking-hunk guys. Duh, I'm your typical girl so there's nothing wrong with that. Its just that when you try to look how things should work, you get confused. I'm talking about relationship, lads.

There's this one particular question that we always ask ourselves everytime we get to meet someone: Is he/she the right one? Are we gonna last forever? But have you asked God? Have you asked Him and considered the things that were written in the scriptures about finding the right one? I believe, most of you didn't. 'Cause if you did my dear, you shouldn't be in your couch watching  and crying over some chick flick movies with your fingers dipped on your ice cream, all alone...today. Lol.

I really have high standards when it comes to finding the right boyfriend. I'm not looking for Mr. Perfect. I'm not looking for someone who looks like Zac Efron, Jude Law, Johnny Depp, Chase Crawford, or any hot-smoking guys because that's being delusional. You can't pair 'em up to an average girl like me. I'm just looking for the RIGHT one that God has sent to be mine forever. And don't gimme that look. He exist.

Now, the problem is how can I find this effing guy? How long will I wait? Can I take a substitute for a while? Haha. I was was actually about to say 'yes' to this particular long-time suitor before but I backed out. He's just too dang good-looking for me. I'm thinking that maybe he's just messin' around or they're playing some stupid truth or dare or a bet. I guess I'll blame it to the wattpad stories that I've read so far.  But the point  here is, I made the right decision because I've heard that he just ditched some girl after getting her pregnant. And no, you can't say that maybe he really loves her and he just got scared so he ran away because you can't love three effing girls and tell 'em the same thing! See?

Then one saturday, I was invited to join an afternoon seminar after the youth fellowship with the theme: Love, Courtship, and Marriage. And by God's grace, I was enlightened. Thanks, Pastor!

I actually had the hots for bad-guys. Not thieves or murderers. (HAHA) I always look forward with challenges and adventures so I want them to be interesting and carefree. But now its been deleted off of my lists. I revised it:

1. He should be a Christian. Not in papers but in mind and soul.

If he's a true Christian, then jeez, I don't need a list. He's a full package. And if I'll be a good girl, maybe I can ask God to make him a lil bit Zac Efron-look-alike. Is it too much to ask for?

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."
