At first your relationship with Joon Young was great. You guys went out on dates late at night, you always had a great time with him. Both of you got along great in the beginning of your relationship.
Both of you even got matching rose tattoos behind your ear, because you guys loved each other so much. You thought that your relationship would really last.
That was until one night he took you to a run down sketchy bar place. At first you were intrigued by being there. You guys even won money in a gambling game, which lead to a fight with the regular customers, but you had fun.
What you didn't notice that first night, was a beautiful waitress that caught Joon Young's eye, which made him keep going back there.
When he started leaving late at night you didn't really think much of it because he hung out with his friends a lot and he always came back at a reasonable hour, but lately he hasn't been coming back home. If he does though, he's not actually there with you.
Tonight you decided to make dinner for Joon Young and yourself. You smiled as you thought of the night that you had planned out for Joon Young and you. As you finished cooking dinner you realized that Joon Young was a little late coming home.
You walked to the couch and waited for him to come home. You looked around the coffee table and saw some light pink lipstick and some red nail polish. You grabbed the lipstick and applied some to your lips. You smiled as you grabbed a hand mirror and looked at your reflection.
Grabbing the red nail polish you applied it to your ring finger. You always had a thing for one of your fingers on your hand to be a different colour than the rest. As you finished with the nail polish you looked at the clock, and frowned. Joon Young still wasn't home.
You walked to a window in the apartment that the both of you shared, and looked out of it to see if he was walking down the street, but there was no sign of him.
Tears started to form in your eyes from frustration. You wiped away the lipstick with your hand smudging it across your face. You walked over to the food you had made and threw it into the garbage can.
You didn't notice Joon Young looking at you through the door with a guilt ridden face. You didn't notice how he tried to step into the apartment but backed out and left once again. You didn't notice because you were to angry, and tears were running down your face.
After that night Joon Young and you have been drifting farther and farther apart. The two of you were lying on your bed together. You wrapped your arm around Joon Young's stomach, spooning him. You felt him tense when you touched him. You frowned and took your arm away from him and turned in the bed so your back was facing him.
You bit your lip as you tried to keep the tears from running down your face. Joon Young wasn't the same person you knew anymore. He changed, and you were changing too. You fell asleep with those thoughts in your head.
As the sunlight hit your eyes, you woke up. Squinting you looked around the bedroom, and of course Joon Young wasn't anywhere to be seen. You sighed as you got up from the bed. As you got out of the bed something fell out of the sheets in the bed.
Confused you picked it up and saw that it was a card of the bar that the two of you visited a couple months ago. "Is that where he's been going every night?" You thought to yourself as you crumpled the card into your hand.
You sat in the living room thinking about what you should do. After a couple hours you decided to go to the bar. You wanted to talk to Joon Young, and see why he's been going to this bar every night for the past couple months.
You walked to the bedroom and quickly got dressed. You looked at the clock as you were leaving and saw that it was just after seven at night. You left the apartment, and set out to the bar.
It took you about fifteen minutes to get to the bar on foot. As you were walking towards the entrance of the bar, you saw two people come out of the bar. As you walked closer to the entrance, your eyes focused more on the couple making out against the wall.
Your eyes widened once you realized who the guy actually was. Tears formed in your eyes. "How could he?" You thought.
Rage suddenly filled your body. You grabbed the first thing you could see, which happened to be a small garbage can, and walked up to the couple.
You dumped the contents of the garbage can onto Joon Young, causing him to turn around. As he turned around you could see the anger in his eyes, which soon turned to guilt as he saw who exactly it was that dumped the garbage on him.
As soon as he turned his head, you slapped him across the face. Tears ran down your face as you turned and walked away from them. You could hear Joon Young's voice calling out your name in the distance as you walked away.
It had been a couple hours since you got home, it was now early morning. Since the incident with Joon Young, you just sat on the couch staring at nothing, thinking about nothing. You felt numb. Your body stiffened when you heard the lock click. He was home.
As soon as he came through the door you started to throw things at him. Pictures of the two of you, books filled with lyrics that he's written about you, anything you could get your hands on.
"How could you?!? After everything we've been through?" You screamed at him as tears started up again. He looked at you with guilt ridden all over his face. "Y/N.." He started, but you didn't let him begin.
You screamed in frustration. You walked up to him and started hitting his chest. "How long?" You whispered out as you stopped hitting him. "How long were you with her?" You asked him.
He stayed silent. That was the last straw for you. You backed away from him. "Alright." You mumbled. You stared at the ground as tears fell down your face.
"Leave." You whispered out. He didn't move a muscle. "Leave!" You screamed out. Joon Young stared at you, and you stared right back. Tears still running down your face. He grabbed your hand gently. "Y/N please." He said softly.
You shook your head and pulled your hand back. "Leave." You said once again. He frowned and nodded softly. "Okay." He whispered as he grabbed a cigarette and left the apartment.
As he left the apartment you broke down crying. After everything, he cheats. You were heartbroken. Your hand came up to the tattoo behind your ear.
As you felt the tattoo, more tears fell down your face. So much for the relationship lasting. "Nothing lasts forever." You thought as your hand fell into your lap. "Nothing lasts forever." You repeated out loud.
