Family~Monsta X

Today was the day that you started your new job. You were hired to be the manager of a rookie group called Monsta X. You were really nervous to start your new job, but also excited at the same time.

You heard that most of Monsta X was around your age, so hopefully that would strengthen your relationship with them some. You were probably one of the youngest managers they've ever had. You had just turned twenty three a couple months ago.

You got out of your car, and took a deep breath. "Now or never." You mumbled out. You walked up to the front door and opened it. Walking in into the building a smile spread across your face. This was really happening, you were actually working for Starship entertainment.

You were suppose to meet the members, after they were done with their dance rehearsal. They had a awards performance coming up, so they spent most of their time rehearsing for it. You had about ten minutes left before they were done, so you went around and met with all of the staff that work with Monsta X, the stylists, makeup artists, and their other manager.

They all greeted you with warm smiles, which you were happy about. After all of the greetings with the staff members, Monsta X came into the lunch room. They all looked really tired. You weren't surprised by that though, they did spend and hour an a half rehearsing.

When they all saw you they bowed and gave you a small smile. You bowed back to them and walked up to them. You stuck out your hand, and smiled at them. "Hello! I'm y/n and I'll be your new manager starting today!" You told them as you shook each other their hands.

Shownu spoke up and the rest of them followed introducing themselves. "We are, Hoo! Monsta x!" You smiled at their introduction. "That's such a cool introduction!" You said as you clapped excitedly.

They all looked at you and smiled once again. After they did their introduction they all introduced themselves to you.

Now you'd be lying if you said you didn't find any of them handsome. Every single member was handsome, and you couldn't help but notice that. Each of them had their own little charm, and it made them even more attractive. You mentally scolded yourself for thinking that. You were here to do a job, not find a boyfriend.

They didn't have anything scheduled today so they were free to do whatever they pleased to do. What surprised you though was that they chose to stay, and get to know you better since they would be working with you a lot.

You smiled at the gesture. "Awe well thank you!" You said as you bowed to them.

That's how you spent the day. Getting to know the boys better. You found that Shownu was more on the quiet side, but you could tell he really cared for the members, and that he was really proud of his team. Minhyuk, Jooheon, and I.M were more on the outgoing side. They talked a lot, and they made you feel so comfortable around them. Jooheon made you smile a lot with his aegyo. You also found that Kihyun and Hyungwon were more on the sassy side. They were really kind and accepting, but you noticed that they were really sassy and sarcastic with the members and it made you laugh. Then there was Wonho. You found that there was a couple sides to him. There was the loud, energetic adorable Wonho, and then there was the quiet, watching over the group with a smile Wonho. You were slightly jealous of Monsta x's relationship with each other. You were excited to find out more about them as you worked with them.

Over the months as you worked with Monsta X you found that they have two persona's, their onstage persona, and their offstage persona. You grown to love both of their persona's because in some way both of those persona's were apart of who they were.

You grew closer to the members over the months as you worked for them. You felt like you had seven best friends by your side everyday, but you knew when to do your job. You always made sure that you didn't overstep that boundary. You loved your job.
