We had been sitting outside the bank for a couple of hours, because the case was no longer out, we sat in our rented SUV and watched as the CIA handled everything. They had two people inside, posed as tellers, while the rest waited for confirmation that one or both tried to access the account.
"That's them," Sean pointed to the black car pulling into the parking lot.
"Target in sight, brunette, white suit, heading inside. One male stationed in a black Mercedes south entrance." Morgan radioed.
Even though we were never needed for the takedown, I knew we needed to make sure these two were apprehended. This was finally it, soon we would be free. Th headlights on the Mercedes lit up indicating the driver had started the car. A gunshot followed by the sound of screaming and patrons fleeing came from the direction of the bank.
"Female apprehended." I heard as the Mercedes pulled out of its parking space. I placed my vehicle in drive, glad I was smart enough to keep it running and floored it towards the parking lot. The back window rolled down.
"No way," I grumbled as a gun from the back seat open fire on the advancing CIA agents. "Get down," I yelled sliding to a stop in front of the fleeing vehicle.
"How is that even fucking possible, he should be dead," Sean yelled from the back seat.
Bullets hit the rental, as a loud voice could be heard calling out, "give up we have you surrounded."

The trial carried on for another month, all charges for manslaughter was finally dropped against Jackie. With the surprise resurrection of their son Thomas, the Richmond's quickly scrambled to distance themselves dropping all charges.
Unfortunately, for them, the damage was done and they had lost their political standing, Senator Richmond resigning shortly after.
Davis, James and the eldest Richmond son all got the maximum sentence of life in the federal penitentiary for their role in terrorism. Mia folding and making a deal with the prosecution, her sentence was lighter but still in fifty years. I was sure her life of crime would not continue if she made it out of there alive.
Our family was finally at peace. Morgan quit WATT and joined Jackie in the restaurant business opening up a little Italian place a few blocks from Coach Jacks. Sean and I opened up a little computer store close to home, we were finally settling down, something that had taken us forever to do.
Morgan and Lauren settled for a trip to the courthouse for a quick marriage not wanting anything extravagant, especially with the luck we had at our wedding.
I sat and looked around the table taking in the smiles and listened to the laughter. My wife sat next to me as I bounced Crisee in my lap as she tried to get into Jacey's food. I looked to Jackie, my one-time girlfriend, who turned out to be Lauren's half sister.
She was sitting with Sean, my younger half-sister as they talked with our father and Sean's mother. The two deciding to give it a go after years apart, my half sister Lauren sat beside her wife and my best friend talking to our mother who had married Jackie and Lauren's father while we were in Italy.
The whole half sibling and weird coincidental relationships among our little group were enough to make anyone's head spin, but seeing them all there healthy and happy. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
"We should take a family trip together," My father suggested, "Thanksgiving is right around the corner. I know you all have traveled a lot this year and have faced many obstacles but I was thinking I'd like to take all of you to Saint Lucia and spend some time at my beach home, the weather would be warm, and be a change to start off this phase of your life on a happier note." I haven't really gotten a chance to get to know my father yet, but at the mention of the Caribbean Island, my wife's face lit up, that was all I needed to agree.
