I sat at the edge of the carousel and waited for our bags. My foot tapped nervously as I counted the several exits and scanned the crowd for the Doc who had to stop at the restroom. Pulled my baseball cap down and tugged at the end of my short hair which was starting to grow. I wondered what Jackie would think that I cut it.

"Passengers arriving from Barcelona, your luggage will now be arriving at carousel A." I heard the groans from the carousel next to mine. I sat and ignored as they pushed and shoved their way over to to the next carousel just as an annoying buzzer sounded for mine.

"Watch where you're going bitch!" I looked up to find the Doc scowling at the woman who just cursed her out. "Oh, it's you." I watched Mia roll her eyes.

"And it's the ever pleasant Ms. Lee," Sherisa replied.

"Still mad about my little remark?"

"I'm sure I'd have a few choice word for you if I wanted to waste any more of my time." Sherisa pushed past her.

"Was that Mia?"

The Doc nodded her head, I could still see that she was upset. "What remark was she talking about that got you so worked up Doc?"

"That woman has some nerve, did you know that after she had seen Amelia at the funeral ," Sherisa yanked her bag off the carousel. "She said she didn't know why a woman like Lacey would pass up a chance to be with a woman her with a homely looking wife like that."

"Don't let her get to you Doc," I scanned the baggage claim for Mia. "I don't know why but I never liked her either."

I grabbed both of our bags and nodded my head towards the exit, "I'm sure my dad has a car waiting for us." Just as I suspected a fancy car sat on the curb,"Oliver," I smiled at the familiar man.

"It's been a long time young miss." he tipped his hat, closing the door behind us and took his seat up front next to the driver. We were meeting the others at a place called coach J's the closer we got. the more nervous I felt. I leaned my head on the window and took in Columbus, I've never been here but so far it looked like any other place in the states.

My attention fell on the car beside us and I was grateful for the tinted windows as it seemed we had pulled alongside Mia who was in a heated argument with someone in the passenger's seat. It wasn't until she leaned back to say something to someone in the back seat that I saw her passenger, Major Davis. The car started moving once again as we trailed alongside it.

"Hey, Doc can I use your cell phone?" I wanted to call Morgan and let her know who was in town. Just then the back window rolled down. "What the fuck, " I whispered. Staring out the window directly across from me, were the same hauntingly blue eyes that matched my own.She looked at me for a moment before turning her gaze back to the scenery that sped by.

"Is that?" Sherisa gasped beside me.

I rolled up my window and sat back in my seat. "I'm going to need that phone now, " I sighed, why didn't she recognize me? sure my hairs shorter but still. "Liam," I called to the driver. I need you to get behind the black SUV next to us and follow it." I instructed as I scrolled through the Docs phone searching for Morgan's number.

"Hey Sher, are you on your way?" Morgan's cheery voice echoed through the phone loudly, I was guessing they were already at the diner from all the noise in the background.

"Morgan It's Sean, Um," I hesitated I haven't seen her in almost half a year and I didn't know how she felt about me disappearing the way I did.

"Hey, Kid." her voice sounded worried. "Is everything okay?"

"Um, yeah, I mean no," I swallowed nervously. I was in shock myself but to tell Morgan what I just saw. "Captain," The Doc squeeze my shaking hand for support. "Mia is in town and her with Davis." I put the phone on speaker so Sherisa could hear.
