Chapter Nineteen

The Stranger That Changed Everything.

I flicked my head up from the leather the binder closing it firmly. The familiar smell of coffee invaded my senses and wrapped around me. I look up from the binder to find myself in the familiar setting of the coffee shop. I allowed myself to trail around the setting until I came across something that made my eyes widen.

I saw myself.

My brown hair was neatly parted and I seemed to be humming along to a song as I cleaned the counter. I stood there silently just watching myself watching the events unfold naturally.

The replica of myself took off the apron hanging it up on the rack before shouting out in the empty coffee shop towards the office.

"Boss my shifts ended so I'm heading off.. See you tomorrow!" I said as I was roughly tugging on my coat and scarf.

I followed myself that seemed to hurry out the door and onto the busy streets. The paving was covered in ice due to the low temperatures as I watched myself walk carefully looking down at the mobile. Suddenly a body collided into me causing and I saw myself stumble back but regained my balance.

I cautiously paced over to the scene to see who I stumbled into and of course it was no other than Oh Sumi. She was rubbing her temples and soon attempted to get up but kept slipping.

I was about to reach out to help her up when I heard the replica of myself speak yet I already knew what he was going to say.

"Oh jheeze you okay there?" I heard myself say as I helped Sumi off from the cold ground.

I smile soon played on my lips as I knew exactly what was going to happen next. Seconds later I saw myself slip on the ice trying to help Sumi up causing her to land on top of the replica of myself.

I watched us stare into each others eyes and remembered everything I had felt in that moment. I remembered everything faded out around me and my heart beating a thousand times faster as I saw her eyes bore into mine.

Junmyeon voice soon broke out as he appeared randomly in the distance standing next to a figure.

"You became so oblivious to the fact someone was watching you..."

I squinted my eyes and saw Jongdae standing there glaring at the scene I stood by. He was clenching his fists and wore an aggressive expression I had never seen before.

The scene faded away suddenly and a series of new ones sped by. Many of them were times where Sumi and I had gone out together after the encounter we had.

'What does this mean?!' I questioned in my thoughts.

"Next chapter Minseok..." Junmyeon prompted me.

I hestitated slightly before opening the binder and reading the title of the next chapter outloud.

Forbidden Love

The scene was set at the park exactly the same way where Sumi and I had out first date.

Jumnyeon and I stood in the distance watching scene come alive and we were not the only one there.

Hiding behind a spruce tree I saw Jongdae watching over with a scowl on his facial features that's were once always bright. Now they were dark and aggressive.

I looked at myself and Sumi again and saw the proximity between our faces decrease before our lips connected. I felt the heat rush to my cheeks and my hand flew up towards my lips tracing them.
