You can try to play the song in the section when you read the part where they start dancing. :)

Mabel's Pov

Today is the day of the performance. After this I can finally get rid of Dylan and get back to my usual life. If things go the right way, maybe I can start dating again. I have already had it with all the glares and snickers the girls are throwing at me whenever I'm seen with him. I need to get back to my own life, start dating if it's possible. Find a guy that would do anything to be my everything......

"Earth to Mabel? Are you still here with me?" Dylan snapped his fingers in front of me.

"What?"

"We are up next, are you ready?"

Faking a big grin or genuine grin "Please I can't wait for this to be over. That way I'll finally be free of you and we can both go live our own lives."

We decided to dance to "Bring Me the Night" by Sam Tsui. I never thought I would say this but Dylan is really good at picking songs and incredibly good dancer. All of our time practicing together he was the one who thought of the moves, guiding me to dance perfectly. There was a few times he tried to flirt with me, acting sweet and sappy to attract my attention but overall everything was fine. I actually feel really good about our performance, honestly compared to the others Jennifer and Drew were the only good ones.

When it was our turn he took out his hand, that signature smirk on his face. I didn't realize that by this time my hands were actually clammy and I was starting to get nervous. I even almost tripped and fell if Dylan didn't catch me in time. He kept his left hand on my waist to steady me, whispering "Don't worry you can do it. Just like we practiced."

Measuring days in the spaces between our goodbye...... Learning to wait through the endless parade of our same old see you next time's......

Dylan started to move first, soon we were dancing in sync with the song. Whatever doubts I had before flew away once I was in his arms. Somehow someway his presence managed to calm me, giving me a sense of protection.

But when I close my eyes the miles melt away...... Like you're here in my arms at the end of the day......

Once the tempo picked up, we started to dance even more naturally. He picked me up and twirled me around, our eyes never leaving each other. Just like that I could feel the butterflies in my stomach, the increase of my heartbeat. Snap out of it Mabel! It's just a stupid simple dance. You can't fall for somebody like him, his not your type.

As the music hit the chorus, I was already wrapped up in my dancing bubble that I thought there was nobody else watching just me and......well Dylan. Since it's going to be over soon, might as well cherish it now right? I never had a good dancing partner in a long time, which must be the reason I'm dancing so happily.

The part which I like the most is towards the end of the song. That's when I get to twirl and swirl all around the dance floor with Dylan by my side. I just love the part where the twirls me around with just one of his hand and then catches me back.

Bring me the night......Bring me the night......Bring me the night......

That's when I saw an evil smirk appear on Dylan's face when he places his hand on my lower back, slowly leaning me down. My eye's widen when I realized what he was doing......the dip. One of the pairs tried doing this and failed badly. What if we can't pull it off? I know that we had practiced it many times but we both agreed that it was too much of a risk, anything could go wrong.

Dylan starts to pull me up only when the song is finishing after the last line, leaning his forehead to mine, slightly panting. I don't even know what got to me when I didn't even try to stop him when his inching forward to my lips. We were so close to kissing, our lips inches apart both of us panting. Until the crowd started to cheer loudly, pulling us out of the trance.
