Chapter 6

Savanah's POV

 "Sav? You ready?"  Nat asked me. I opened the door and went out  "Yeah. Let's go."  I closed the door and grab her hand leading her downstairs.  "On the second thought. I prefer we use the elevator."  she chuckled.

Yeah, I spend the night at Ry's house again. After what happened that day----the day I made a scene at his office and that wolfie incident at my condo----he keeps on insisting that I should stay in his house. I miss my condo now. That thought made me pout I immediately composed myself.

"Nat, is this really a house---Ryder's house or his apartment?"  I asked heedlessly, both of us have this shocked-look drawn on our faces. Like come on I was only thinking about it, then out of the blue it would come out of my mouth!? But Nat quickly composed herself  "You see this is a pack house."  she stated when we are already outside the house.

My brows met  "Pack house?"  I repeated she then nodded.  "What do you mean? Like a pack of animals that live together?"  I added. She chuckled again and looked at me  "You're quite funny, but yes. The only difference is that we're humans, you know."  she then unlocked the car.

I went inside and she started driving  "Does he know everyone that goes in and out of his house?"  I asked, she answered but she kept her eyes at the road  "Of course. He's that not stupid ya' know."   I rolled my eyes heavenwards this girl has no difference with Lia---remember him? He's my gay bestfriend.   "Where are we heading first?"  she asked.

"For goodness sake your the one who's driving and you don't even know the way?"  I asked teasingly she just mocked at me.  "O'right! We need to check my wedding gown. I need to make my final choice now."  she nodded and sped up. Time seems to run faster and here we are too busy for our wedding----1 more week to go and the big day will finally come! I giggled at my excitement.

"What do you think?"  I asked Nat about my mermaid-wedding gown I'm fitting. I finally had a choice and this one is a lot elegant than the others.  "It's perfect!!"  she squeaked while she jumped to my side and began to touch every detail of my gown.  "Are you sure you don't want Ryder to see your wedding gown?"  she asked when she touched the ruffles on my dress from my knee to the floor.

"No. Besides we already talked about it he was hesitant at first but then he agreed."  she just nod at my answer. I really want to keep this a surprise. That he will see me wearing this beautiful gown on the day I will walk on the aisle. Mesmerizing him is one of my goals on our wedding day!

"Thank you ms. Savanah we will deliver the gown the day after your wedding."  the designer told me.  "Oh! I'll just send you the address."  Nat chimed in. The designer nod in agreement, I told him my thanks and compliments before we left.

"Where are we going now?"  Nat asked me the moment I went in the car and fasten my seatbelt.  "We still need to go the caterers, we still need to check the reception and the church, we still need to check the photographer and finally the cake."  I enumerated. She look at me in awe  "Never thought planning a wedding could be this busy! Could we at least grab some bite?"  she complained and asked me afterwards while rubbing her stomach in circles.

I laughed at her and patted her shoulder  "Don't worry this will be last day of tiredness. Cause the remaining last days we need to pay some visits in salons."  her eyes grew big like a saucers and was sparkling like the starts at night.  "Promise~?"  I chuckled she look like a three year old kid I nod and said the word that will assure her  "Promise."

After we ate at Friday's we went directly to the caterers we made our final choices. Actually Ryder is the one who should be with me and make some final choices but he is busy. He tried to finish his paper works so that after the wedding and---err.. Honeymoon he has no work to do. We can spend the whole time together.
