Paniola Town

"We entered Paniola Town," (y/n) said, looking at the map on her Rotomdex.

"You and Hau wait here while Lillie and I go and ask for directions," Sun ordered. (y/n) nodded in response as her older twin ran off with the blonde running after him. (Y/n) realized they could have looked on the map of the Rotomdex, but then decided that Sun was probably making an excuse to have some alone time with Lillie. The thought caused her smile, until Hau snapped her out of her thoughts.

"While we wait for them why don't we battle?" Hau asked.

"Alright! But I'm going to win! Again!" (y/n) smirked.

"We'll see about that!" Hau replied, throwing a pokeball and calling out one of his pokemon. Once again, (y/n) won.

"See? What did I tell ya!" (Y/n) giggled.

"I'll win next time for sure!" Hau grinned.

"Keep telling yourself that," (y/n) chuckled as her Rockruff pawed her leg, wanting to be on her shoulder. She picked up her Rockruff and let them hop onto her shoulder. Her Rockruff licked her cheek. Sun and Lillie returned shortly after.

"Paniola Ranch isn't far, and we can go through there to head over to the next place," Sun explained.

"Alright! But first we should head towards a Pokemon center. I need to heal up my team and eat something," (y/n) said.

"Good idea. We should also call it a day when we get into the Center," Sun nodded. They all got into the Pokemon Center and healed up their team. Hau offered to get the food and Lillie decided to keep an eye on him. While the two were ordering food and drinks, (y/n) smirked at her brother.

"What?" Sun raised an eyebrow.

"You do realize that when asking for directions we could have just checked our Rotomdexes," (y/n)'s smirk got bigger.

"What about it?" Sun asked, sweating nervously.

"Brother, do you like Lillie? Was going out to ask for directions with her an excuse to be alone with her?" (y/n) teased.

"N-No, it wasn't!" Sun's cheeks turned a bright pink. (y/n) laughed. Hau and Lillie came back with food and drinks.

"Thanks," (y/n) smiled when Hau placed her food in front of her on the table. The four ate their meals and finished.

"Ah, that was good. Not as good as malasadas though," Hau sighed happily. (y/n) couldn't help but chuckle.

"Well, we should get some rest for our adventure," Sun said.

"Yes, we should," (y/n) nodded in agreement.
