My Alola Journey (Hau x F!Reader)

"Him? That's Ilima, I met him at the Trainer's school," Sun answered.

"Let's go say hi!" Hau chirped. (y/n) nodding and ran up to the guy named Ilima.

"Greetings. It's me, Captain Ilima," Ilima greeted.

"Hey Ilima!" Sun smiled.

"Yo, yo, yo, check it! Whenever, wherever we meet you, Team Skull don't even greet you!" A couple of strange grunts walked over. They both posed. "So, Cap, just give up the Pokemon, yo."

"Oh! You, from the Trainer's School! Already made your way to Hau'oli, hmm?" Ilima spoke to Sun, ignoring the grunts. The two grunts ran over to Ilima.

"What, what? Why you trying to act hard when we're already hard as bone out here, homie?" One grunt spoke.

"Yo, let's check these fools," The other grunt said.

"Oh my... How terrifying... Only thieves steal people's Pokemon. I won't stand for it. (y/n), is it?" Ilima looked at (y/n). She nodded.

"Wait, how do you know my name?" (y/n) asked.

"Sun told me about you," Ilima responded. "I'll ask you to take care of that one. I'll get rid of this one."

"Okay..." (y/n) turned towards the grunt. They both called out their Pokemon and battle. (y/n) being the winner.

"No fair! I was playing a different game!" The grunt (y/n) defeated whined.

"Let's get up out this port, B! Nobody has to know about this! We don't need your wack Pokemon anyway, Ilima!" The other grunt said. The two ran off.

"Again? Oh my... How terrifying..." Ilima shook his head. "My thanks to you and your Pokemon," He turned to (y/n). "Why don't I heal your team to express my gratitude?"

"Thanks," (y/n) smiled as Ilima healed her Pokemon. Her Rowlet cooed happily as he snuggled up against her on her shoulder.

"Allow me to see if you're ready for my trial!" Ilima said, holding up a Pokeball.

"Okay?" (y/n) said

"You got this, sis!" Sun cheered. The two battled, and (y/n) managed to barely win.

"You-or should I say you and your Pokemon-make quite the interesting team! I do hope you'll come to Verdant Cavern and attempt the trail- the trial of Ilima! You can get there from Route 2..." Ilima said.

'Zzzrt! I can show my clever girl the way!' (y/n)'s rotomdex said.

"I bid you Alola!" Ilima said, walking away.

"Looks like we're going to head off to Route 2," Sun said.

"You two can go on ahead,"Hau said. "I have some things I want to do first."

"What about Lillie?" (y/n) asked, looking at Lillie.

"I need to go see Professor Kukui..." Lillie answered.

"Oh, okay then! Alola!" (y/n) waved.

"Alola!" Hau waved back, running off. Lillie chuckled and walked away.

"Ready to go and head off to Route 2?" Sun looked at (y/n). She smiled at him and nodded.

"Yup!"
