Competing in the 78th annual Cartoon Games were 24 people from cartoon shows. From Adventure Time to Wander over Yonder, cartoons will be paired up in an arena in a game of death.
Today, Hallie from Disney 365 went to their last Disney show, the 12th district, Gravity Falls.
They weren't a poor town, but they weren't rich either.
"Good morning!" Hallie says into the microphone.
"She needs to be so cheery on such a sad day," Mabel Pines says to her twin brother, Dipper. He nods.
"Today I will chose 2 children from this town from the ages 12 through 18 to compete in The 74th annual Cartoon Games.
Lucky Gideon, Mabel thinks. He's only nine.
"As always, ladies first!" Hallie says delighted.
Mabel grabs her brothers hand.
Hallie goes over to the bucket and pulls out a name. Mabel closes her eyes, hoping the name Hallie calls isn't hers.
"Mabel Pines!"
