Only Time Will Tell...

Dinner at Ryan's

“So, that’s the story,” Liam said.

“Ok, well how come you two didn’t remember each other,” Cooper asked.

“Well, I met Zayn and stuff happened…” Ashton said, zipping up her suitcase.

“Are you ready to go?” Liam asked.

“Where are you going?” Cooper asked, confused.

“Well, son, we are going to Disneyworld for our honeymoon,” Liam said.

“Can I come?” Cooper asked, giving them the look.

“Well, it’s kinda mommy, daddy time…” Ashton said.

“Well, I gonna miss you!” Cooper said, running into Ashton’s arms, “and you,” he said, jumping into Liam’s.

Liam and Ashton got in the cab. “You be good for Uncle Niall and Aunt Leah,” Ashton said, crying and hugging Cooper.

“You too, little man,” Liam said to Shawn.

“Don’t have too much fun!” Niall said, laughing.

“No promises…” Liam laughed.

Ashton and Liam said their last goodbyes and left.

4 hours later…

“This hotel is amazing!” Ashton said.

“Amazing, for my amazing wife!” Liam said, picking Ashton up and laying her on the bed.

“What do you want to eat?” Liam asked Ashton.

“Let’s call room service,” Ashton said, picking up the phone, “Yes, hello. We’ll take everything.”

Liam’s mouth dropped. “We can’t eat all that!”

“I’m related to Niall. I think we can handle it!” Ashton giggled.

In 2 hours, the waitor knocked on the door. “That will be 2,756 dollars, please,” he said, opening his hand.

Liam handed him the cash, and closed the door. “Time to feast!” he said jumping on the bed.

“This is going to be the best honeymoon ever!” Ashton said, grabbing a chocolate-covered strawberry and feeding it to Liam.

Meanwhile…

“Niall, get the diaper bag!” Leah yelled from the nursery.

“Can you feed Darcy her bottle?” Leah asked.

Niall picked up Darcy and they sat in the rocking chair.

“Wyatt, what did you eat?” Leah asked, holding the dirty diaper up. Wyatt smiled at her.

Shawn started to cry. “I’ll get it, Aunt Leah,” Cooper said, walking in and picking Shawn up.

“Thanks, Hun,” Leah said, patting Cooper on the head.

“He’s not so bad,” Cooper said, giving Shawn a kiss on the forehead.

The next day at Disneyworld

“Where do you want to go first?” Liam asked Ashton.

“Animal Kingdom,” Ashton said, taking Liam’s hand.

For the rest of the day, they had a blast.

1 week later

“We’re back!” Liam yelled, opening the door.

“You are never leaving again!” Cooper said, running downstairs and hugging him.

“My baby!” Ashton said, picking Cooper up, and kissing him.

“Guess what, mom! I like Shawn now!” Cooper said, smiling.

“Awww, do you?” Ashton said, giggling.

“Wow, what do you got there?” Liam asked, looking at Cooper’s teeth. He was missing his front tooth.

“My boy is growing up!” Ashton said.

Niall and Leah walked downstairs.

“Hey, guys!” Leah said, giving them both hugs.

“How was it?” Niall asked.

“Um…fun,” Ashton said.

“Aunt Leah and Uncle Niall got into a fight, but they’re all better now!” Cooper said.

“What?” Liam asked.

“Yea, it was nothing…” Niall said, “Just a little misunderstanding.” He kissed Leah.

3 months later

“I’m pregnant!” Ashton yelled.

“Again?” Zayn asked.

“Yea, again!” Liam said.

“It’s a girl!” Ashton said, screaming.

“Finally!” Leah yelled.

Niall looked disappointed.

“I need to tell Dad…” Ashton said. She called him. “Uh, huh, ok. Love you.” She hung up the phone. “My dad invited all of us to his house for dinner.”

Everyone looked shocked. They all went to get ready.

Later that night…

“Hey, welcome!” Blake said. She gave Ashton a hug.

“Who is this?” Cooper asked.

“I’m your step-grandma!” Blake said, giving him a hug.

Cooper backed away. “I don’t know you!” he said, hiding behind Liam.

“Sorry, he’s shy!” Liam said. Everybody went inside.

“Hey!” Ryan said, setting the table.

“Hey, dad!” Ashton said, giving him a hug. Everyone sat down.

“Honey, can you get me my phone from my room?” Ryan asked Ashton.

“Sure,” Ashton said, walking upstairs. She went to Ryan’s room.

‘Where would his phone be?’ she thought. She dug through the drawers of his desk. She came across some letters.

Dear Zayn and Ashton,

   I can no longer take care of Cooper. I should have never taken him away from you. If you will ever forgive me… Thanks!

Allison

Ashton read 10 more. ‘Was he hiding something?”

Ashton ran downstairs and threw the letters on the table. “What’s this?” she yelled.

Ryan was quiet. “Ashton, Zayn. Come with me…” Ryan got up and walked in the other room. Ashton and Zayn followed. Liam looked suspicious.

“Ok, well, I got Cooper back from Allison and I left him on your doorstep. I also wrote the letter.” Ryan said.
