A/N- I know I don't normally start chapters with author's notes but I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you guys because Truly has hit 10k reads. I never thought that in a matter of weeks, I would be saying that my book had hit 10k. I read all of your comments and they honestly inspire me to carry on writing. So please....

Sat on Max's bed, I finally saw the damage that today had caused to Max. Gently, I touched the skin around his cut.

"Oh Max." I sighed and hugged him.

"I'm so sorry Toni." He mumbled into my shoulder.

"What for?"

"For today. For everything. Today was supposed to be special." Max sighed.

"It can still be special." I said, smiling. He looked at me, confused.

"How?"

"Mark me."

"What?"

"I am ,now, your Luna. Make it official and let me show everyone that I am yours. Mark me." I playfully growled.

Slowly, Max kissed my neck. "Are you sure?"

I nodded. I felt his teeth graze my neck and then started to bite, imprinting his mark onto me forever.

Waking up, I yawned, bringing my hand up to my cheek so the back of my hand brushed against my neck. I smiled as I remembered the mark that was now imprinted on my neck. My smile then turned to a frown as I saw that Max was no longer next to me. Last night, after he had marked me, we had fallen asleep together but now I was waking up on my own. 

Climbing out of bed, I went to take a shower. I welcomed the sensation of the water pouring over me. I then climbed out, standing in front of the bathroom mirror. Wiping away the steam, I finally looked at the mark. I didn't really mind that Max wasn't with me this morning as we would be waking up together a lot more. I was his and his forever.

Slipping into my clothes, I looked in the mirror. I was wearing some ripped denim shorts and a black vest top with white love hearts on it. Looking in my wardrobe, I found some high topped Nike trainers and smiled. I looked like the normal Toni again. I then grabbed mt brush and slowly got the knots out of my hair. As I put my hair up into a ponytail, I sighed. If Ruby saw my neck, all attention would be averted to me. We lost a pack member yesterday, as well as having some seriously injured, which includes Rich. I left my hair down and put it to the side where it covered my mark. 

Walking into the kitchen, I grabbed an apple and a bottle of juice.

"Wow, somebody is out to break some boys' hearts."

I span round to see Roxy sat next to Ruby, smiling. Josh was stood behind the girls on the phone.

"What are you guys doing here?" I ran up to Josh and hugged him, then Roxy.

"Alpha Caleb has come for a couple of days and so has your dad so we decided to come, along with your mum, to see you."

"If Caleb is here, shouldn't dad be looking after the pack? Especially if Caleb is gone for a few days."

"Yeah well, we don't know the details." Josh shrugged.

As Roxy and Josh pulled me into a group hug, I was careful for my hair not to move out of place. I had to be even more careful with both Roxy and Ruby around.
