Chapter 1
Walking towards his house, wait no mansion,was terrifying. This would be the first time I would be seeing my dad ever. I walked up to the door and was about to knock when I realised that I was basically just showing up at his doorstep, saying hi I'm Aria and your my dad . No, why am I here? I should go back live by myself, at least for a bit. I was about to turn around when the door flung open. In the doorway was a girl with brown hair and light brown eyes and fairly tanned skin.
"Who are you?" She said as she looked at me closely almost as if she was trying to figure me out. I was speechless I froze, I don't know why, but I did. This wasn't how I planned it. My dad was meant to answer the door, and we would hug and everything would be alright.
"Your a vampire, I can tell. What do you want?" She questioned me as I stood, blanked faced.
"I'm.. Not here to cause trouble I swear. I'm here to see Damon Salvatore. My name is Aria, Aria Rosily but I guess I am meant to be Aria Salvatore." The girl looked at me with a wide face then replied.
"I'm Elena Gilbert , please, come in." She let me in although she still seemed shocked. I walked into the living room, well it looked like the living room. I looked at the table full of alcohol and I realised how much I wanted it. I needed something to calm my nerves.
"You can help your self to some bourbon if you want." She said, in a polite tone. She was sweet, Elena, but something about her bothered me.
"Thanks." I walked over to the table and poured myself a glass, then sat down on the sofa.
" So how long have you been a vampire?" She asked, I hesitated at first, but I replied in the end.
" I am 18 and I have only been a vampire for a little longer then a week." She stood there shocked, realising how young I actually was.
"I know, I'm kinda new at this." She walked over to the opposite sofa and sat down.
"Wait, how are you related to the Salvatore's?" She asked. God, she asked a lot of questions. I was about to answer when the door opened and a man with dark black hair and blue eyes walked in. He stop dead as soon as he saw me. Did he know who I was?
