Chapter 35

Chapter 35
I packed my bag up with all the stuff I needed. I sighed, there gonna kill me, I thought as I zipped up my bag up and headed down stairs. I walked towards the living room knowing I would see my dad and uncle on the floor unconscious .I pulled out my diary quickly and ripped a piece of paper out before putting it away again. I walked through and entered the living room taking a deep breath. Yep, there they were on the floor, unconscious with snapped necks. I quickly walked past them and picked up a pen from the coffee table and began writing them a note.

Dear Stefan and Dad,
I am so sorry for snapping your necks but I need to do this. I need to go with Nick and sort out this magic thing. He knows a witch who is going through the same or at least similar thing as me. Please don't come and get me because I won't fall for the same tricks again. I also need to get away from here. I can't take anymore of the lie's from you guys. All of you. I can take care of myself, i'm stronger than you. Apparently I am the most powerful person alive so if I were you don't doubt me and don't piss me of any more than you already have. Don't come after me.

I left the note on the table and sighed as I placed the pen down as well. Suddenly shivers went down my spine as I felt a hand placed on my back. My body tensed in alarm before I heard.
"You ready, love?" I heard Nick say in my ear. A sense if relief washed over me as my body relaxed.
"Yeah let's go." I said as headed towards the door passing the body's on the floor. I opened the door and began to walk outside before I felt a arm wrap around my waist and pull me towards them. I looked up to come face to face with Nick. I smiled as I leant into his shoulder. We walked together to the car. He opened the door for me and I got in. He shut the car door before appearing next to me a second later. The engine started as Nick pushed down on the gas pedal. I watched as we drove down the gravel driveway away from the familiar Salvatore Boarding House. I turned my head to Nick. He turned his head and smiled.
"Get some rest is gonna be a long journey." He said as I nodded and leant my head on Nicks shoulder and quickly dosed of.

Damon's POV

My eyes fluttered open as my vision began to focus on my surroundings. I turned my head and saw Stefan standing up looking down at some sort of piece of paper. That's when all the memory's came rushing back to me. Ariana, where is she?! I bounced to my feet as I looked at Stefan.
"Where's Ariana?" I asked Stefan.
"Damon.." He began but I wasn't listening.
"Where is she Stefan?!" I shouted as his eyes darted from me back to the piece of paper.
"What is that?" I asked again hoping for a reply.
"It's from Ariana. I'm not sure you really want to read it Damon." He told me as I stepped towards him.
"Give it to me." I said as he slowly handed me the piece of paper. My eyes scanned the writing.
Once I had finished reading the letter, anger grew inside of me as I crumbled up the paper and threw it across the room. I lost her again, all because I was stupid enough to lie to her again. Anger began to turn to rage as I grabbed a small wooden chair and chucked it out the window causing the glass to shatter.
"Damon stop!" I heard Stefan say but I didn't listen I walked over to the wall and was about to punch it when someone grabbed my hand before I could. I turned to see my brother holding my fist and pulling me away from the wall. Once he let go, regret and sadness washed over me as I stumbled back into the sofa.
"She's gone." I admitted as most of the anger settled leaving only pain and guilt. She's always gonna hate me, I don't think she'll ever want to see me again, and maybe I have to accept that.

Ariana's POV

My eyes fluttered open as I felt the car break. I looked around to see the familiar house. I smiled as I looked back to Nick, who was sitting beside me. He smiled back before opening the door and getting out the car. I was about to open my car door but found it was already opened. I looked up to see Beka standing there with her arms wide open.
"I've missed you." She said as she smiled. She pulled me into a hug as I hugged her back.
"I've missed you to Beka." I said as I stopped hugging her and walked next to her towards the door. I glanced over to Nick who was fetching my bags. I smirked as I waved at him before walking back to the house.
Once I had entered the door Elijah was standing in front of me.
"Aria your back. Well it's great to see you again." He said. I smiled at him before hearing Haley come down the stairs.
"Aria your back!" I smiled as she gave me a hug and asked. "How are you?"
"Great. Well good." I told her. Then I heard the door slam behind us and Nick walk in. He walked over to me and wrapped his arm around my waist.
"You should go unpack Aria and take a shower. Me Elijah and Beka have business to take care of." He told me as I nodded and picked up my bags before walking upstairs. I didn't mind that I wasn't told about what they had to talk about because really I couldn't take anymore drama.

Damon's POV

"Please Ariana come back." I finished as I hung up on the phone. That had been the tenth time I had called her and every time I left a message. I was worried. I didn't know what had happened to her? If she was ok? But most of all I needed her she would stopped me from going mad most of the time. She was also my daughter and I hated being away from her. I just needed to know at least she was ok. I needed her to tell me that.
"There's a very poor chance she's gonna come back. You know that right?" I heard Stefan say behind me. I sighed as I turned around and replied to him.
"A man can hope can't he?" I walked towards him as he replied.
"He can. But don't ask her to do something she doesn't want to do. Don't make her come back home and go back to shutting the world out!" He raised his voice at me. I snarled as I barked out.
"Stop telling me what to do Stefan!" Suddenly out if all the anger and rage I pushed Stefan across the room. He groaned as his body but the floor but quickly jumped up. He grabbed the nearest thing to him, which in this case was a vase, and threw it at me. I dodged it simple and let out a laugh, but when I looked back Stefan wasn't there. Out of now where Stefan threw me across the room. My body hit the front door and pain coursed threw me, but it didn't last long. I struggled to get up but I did. I was about to lunge at him again but Jeremy entered and he did not look happy.
"Stop fighting! God, you'd think after how long you've lived you would learn not to punch someone everyone they annoy you." He said in a annoyed tone.
"Oh and you're any better?" I asked in my cocky tone. But before Jeremy could reply Stefan beat him to it,
"No he's right. We shouldn't fight over this, it's not worth it." But Stefan realised his mistake as he said those words. I knew he didn't mean it like that but it sure sounded like it.
"My daughter is not worthless." I spat out before walking out the door, leaving behind Jeremy and Stefan.

Ariana's POV
I walked over to the window and looked out. The night sky was quiet and still. It was beautiful. I noticed my wet hair was dripping on my back, since I had a shower, but I didn't care. I looked down at my hands and there was my phone. I sighed once I open this, Mystic falls is gonna all catch up on me. All there worries, and them telling me what to do will come back. Get over yourself Aria! Just open it, you're gonna have to sometime soon, I thought.I clicked it on and looked through my voicemails.
Dad, dad, dad, dad, that was it just voice mails from my dad. I sighed, maybe I should just listen to one. No, don't do that just delete them all or you'll feel bad and go back, the voice in my head told me. I clicked the delete button deciding to agree with that irritating voice in my head. I set my phone down on the small table next to me and walked over to my bed. I crawled inside and let the covers cover me as I snuggled down and fell asleep.

So Ariana left! Is everything going to be easier at New Orleans? Is she going to be able to control her powers? I hoped you liked it. I'll update as soon as I can. I'm really sorry about not updating but I've got exams coming up and stuff. I'm going to try and update sooner.
