Chapter seven

Avas POV

I walked into the house knowing what was going to happen, I couldn't change my dad he will always be like this.

"Where have you been" he yelled smashing his empty beer bottle on the kitchen counter.

"I was with Elizabeth" i said quietly with my back against the door

"She's not your friend, you have no friends nobody loves you and nobody will ever care about you, you're just a waste of space"

"Please don't say that just let me go to bed, i'll clean up the house in the morning"

"Come here" he said placing the broken beer bottle on the counter.

"Okay"

I walked slowly to the kitchen knowing he wasn't going to let me go, I thought to myself maybe tonight will be my last day alive.

He grabbed my wrist when i got near him and with the other hand he punched me in the face, i stumbled back i tried to brace myself because I knew if i fell on the floor he wouldn't let me up. I tried to move his hand, but that only made him mad. He grabbed my hair pulling me down, he took his knee and drove it into my stomach. I heard a cracking sound and I cried out in pain. I started seeing black spots I knew I couldn't take much more. "I need to get away"i thought.

I saw my father crack a smile, he was happy with what he did. I layed on the floor hugging my knees. When he headed to the refrigerator for another beer i grabbed my phone a found Graysons contact and turned down the volume so greg wouldn't hear it. Greg walked over to me slowly opening his beer and taking a few swallows. I heard a "hello" come from my phone. I hoped greg didn't hear it.

Greg looked at me and smiled and the kicked my side, i screamed out in pain. "Dumb bitch". He got on top of me i tried to push him off he was too heavy, "Please get off me" i pleaded. He punched me in the face as hard as he could and then everything got black.

Greyson's POV

After ava left kayden drove Elizabeth home and i just drove around town i was about to head home when i got a phone call from ava "Hello" i waited for an answer, i heard for steeps and then a loud scream. I slammed on the brakes and turned around and sped off, "Dumb bitch" I heard some man scream. " Please get off of me" I heard ava scream.

I raced to her house knowing I didn't have a lot of time, I got there and ran into her house seeing a man on top of Ava it looked like Ava was dead she wasn't moving I ran and grabbed that man by the neck and punched him until he fell on the ground "Come on you afraid to fight your own size" I screamed "Im not dumb I was just having a little fun with her" he said as if he's done nothing wrong. I look over at Ava and I could see she was still breathing. I kicked the man and began punching him until I heard his bones break "She mine if you ever touch her again I will end you and it will not be quick I will make you surfer". The man rolled over coughing up blood holding his knees to covering up his ribs I know I broke.

I ran over to Ava and very slowly and gently picked her up I heard her moan in pain I picked up my phone and called kayden he picked up on the second ring " What's up gray" "Call the doctor now I'll be there soon with Ava" "WHAT THE HELL" "Kayden hurry" and with that said I ending the call and took Ava to my car not looking back at the man so I wouldn't be tempted to kill him.

I placed Ava in my front seat, I laid the seat back just a little. I could hear her moan in pain it hurt me so much to hear that I buckled her up and then ran to my said and went as fast as I could without hurting her. We made it to the house in about five minutes.

When we got there Kayden and Erik and Jake ran to the car. I got out of the car and ran to her side "Is the doctor here yet?" I asked picking Ava up trying to be careful not hurt her "No but he should be here soon, what happened?" " We'll talk about it later".

We walked into the house I walked up the stairs into my room and laid her down. I moved her hair from her face, the blood made made it stick to her face.

"The doctors here" Kayden called out

I heard their footsteps "What happened" the doctor asked. "Doctor I don't know just help her". The doctor looked at me and nodded. He look at her and pulled her shirt up just below her breasts and shook his head "Get me a few wet washrags-" he paused "Grayson I need you to leave" he said pointing to the door. "No I'm not leaving". "You don't want to see or hear this". "I'm not leaving her"

"Fine" the doctor walked over to ava and carefully leaned her up and grabbed a bandage from his bag. "Grayson help me" the doctor said trying to hold up ava who was in a lot of pain i could see her tears, when i got close to her i could the scars on her stomach i started to tear up i wanted to kill the mother fucker that did this to my baby.

"Hold her up for me" the doctor said "And grayson she is going to be in a lot of pain when i do this. Do you want kayden to hold her?" "No i can do it". I got next to her she looked up at me with blood and tears covering her face and said "Please don't leave me " "I would never think of it ava".

The doctor looked up at me and asked "Are you ready" i nodded. "Can you lift up your arms ava" he asked "I don't know" she tried to and she moaned in pain "It hurts so much". "Keep them up as high as you can little lady i'll make this as quick and painless as i can". She nodding and raised her arms and whimpered. The doctor wrap the bandage around her ribs that were badly bruised. She screamed out in pain; it broke my heart to see her like this. She fell limp in my arms i looked the doctor as he finished wrapping her ribs "Lay her down i have to finish cleaning her up and she should be fine. I sat in the chair in the corner of my room and watching her clean the blood from her face. He left some pain killers on the bedstand and looked at me and said "She going to be okay grayson call me if you need anything" "Thank you donny". The doctor grabbed his bag and left i got up and closed the door and laid down with ava and just watched her sleep.
