Chapter 22

There she was, the person who tormented me for years.
"Hey Ava" She said. My jaw dropped.
"Hi" I said trying to avoid the conversation I started to fast walk to the bathroom.
"I wanted to say I'm sorry for everything that i did to you in the past years, my dad died a few months and it's been hard, but I remembered everything that i did to you and it hurt me. I want to change so bad and it has to start with you"

She reached out to me with tears in her eyes and hugged me. We stood there hugging, tears falling from our eyes. "Thank you ava"
"Thank you Kaitlyn"

Lunch time

After that talk with Kaitlyn my whole attitude changed, I'm happy.  It was lunch time so i met up with Izzy and grabbed a grilled chicken salad.

"You don't know how much i've missed you ava" She said setting down her tray

"I've missed you too Izzy"

We started eating and Kaitlyn sat right in front of me. Izzy looked at me and smiled. I'm guessing they talked.

We started talking about the English essay and homework and stuff like that. Kaitlyns "friends " walked right passed her and gave her a nasty look.

She looked down and continued to eat. "What was that about?"  I asked.

"They don't like me anymore, but i'm okay with that, but if they start some shit I might have to fix it" She said giggling

"As funny as that would be to see I don't think you should do that" I said

Grayson

Hey baby. How's school so far, I'll pick you up at 3:00. If i need to pick you up early let me know.

I smiled at my phone a responded.

Me

It's going great so far I have a lot to tell you. And okay i'll see you at 3 be safe and have a good day

Grayson

Me

"I've never seen you smile like that" Izzy said

"Yeah me either" Kaitlyn said

"He so sweet, he just makes me smile"

"Aww" they said in unison

After we got done eating we walked outside and sat in the grass for the rest of lunch. I took out one of my favorite books and read a few pages before the bell rung.

RING

"And there's the bell i'll see y'all later" I said grabbed my bag"

"Bye" They both said

I was walking to third period which is biology for me, I dislike that class, but I need it so I can graduate.
