Gang leaders weakness

Chapter 25

It's been a few days since my birthday. Kayden and Izzy started with us on my birthday. They had bought a house not far from us. I'm happy for them.

Grayson and I have just been hanging around the house. We haven't really been going out.

"Good Morning my love"  Grayson said moving the hair from my face.

"Good Morning" I smiled waking up next to him was the best thing that's ever happened to me.

"I have to run out with the boys, i'll be back in a few hours."

I never questioned the stuff he done i cared about him and i didn't want to see him get hurt, but I trusted him. So I never argued with him.

"Okay, well can I take the car we need some groceries?"

"Yeah, just make sure you have your phone with you and your knife" 

Grayson's been making me carry a knife, I would have a gun if he had it his way. I just don't want one.

"Okay I have to go I love you" He said. He leaned down and kiss me.

"I love you too. Be safe"

"Always am doll. You be safe too."

"Always am" I copied his words and smiled and gave him a hug before he left.

After he left I went to take a shower and got ready. I picked out a red maxi dress and some  flats.

I grabbed Finns leash and then I put it on him, I grab the car keys and went outside. I helped Finn into the car and then we left.

We went to the local grocery store it's wasn't to far from the house. I left finn in the car with the windows rolled down It wasn't hot so I knew he would be fine.

I just grabbed what we needed, I didn't want to spend a lot of time in the store. I made sure to get Finn some more food, because the lord knows Finn loves to eat. My little boy is getting so big. I remember one time I was in here and I ran into Grayson..literally. Grayson and I have changed so much since then. I have finally meet someone that loved me and care about me.  I always thought my mother loved me that was before that one day.

My mother had gotten into a car accident when I was little, it was my father fault he drove her to it. I remember when I was a child my father and my mother loved each other, they didn't fight, well they didn't fight in front of me. Then it all changed a simple drug, a simple pill changed it all.  My mother got addicted to narcotics, while my father was into other drugs, but he usually just drank. My mothers death changed my father.

Because of my mothers death I chose not to take any pain pills or anything like that,I don't want to end up like her.

After getting orange juice I was finally done, but then I remembered I needed one last thing. A pregnancy test. Part of me wanted to know. The other part didn't.

I grabbed the test then went to checkout.

After I put the stuff in the back of the car I had to hurry, because I knew Finn had to use the doggy bathroom. I pulled out of the parking lot and drove to the house. I noticed a car leave the parking lot when I did. I only noticed that because Grayson has made very paranoid. I didn't thank about it much just because they could've just been leaving when i did.
