I didn't realise that I smile on my face as me and Jack danced around
Conor's eyes never leaving mine
Deep down, I feel like Conor is looking from the outside
Like he can't get in and be in my life
The song ends and Conor finishes singing and walks off the stage as everyone applauded
CONORS POV
Mum always loves it when I sing
That's why she asked me to sing another song, and that song just happens to be off my old début album 'Contrast'.
The song that I have chosen is Just In Case
It really makes me think about the situation that I am placed in and that Emily is also placed in
When I wrote it, I never thought that a few years later it would describe my feelings
"Conor you ready to go out and show off your voice again?" Mum asks me as she straights up my suit jacket
"Yes I am, mum" I say with a smile upon my face
"Good let's go out there, I want to introduce you" She says with the proudest smile
We get to the stage and I wait by the side
"Ladies and Gentlemen I am now proud to announce that Conor will be blessing us with his voice one last time with one of his old songs" My mum says and I smile and walk onto the stage
"Hello guys this last song that I am going to sing, this is Just In Case" I say to everyone, when I hear the first chords of Just In Case
"So crazy to see you smiling,
Heard he makes you feel incredible,
But I don't wanna hear about it,
Cause I'm the fool that let you go,
I wish that I could turn away,
I can't watch him in my place,
Maybe I'm just jealous" I sing whilst the dance floor begins to fill up
"So baby just in case he makes the mistakes that I did,
And he don't see what I miss" Emily and Jack come onto the dance floor, once again as I sing
"Just promise me you won't forget,
You don't have to settle for less,

Ever forget me" I see Jack and Emily dance around the floor as I sing but I've noticed she can't take her eyes of me, does she feel the same as me?
"He tells you that he loves you,
You never heard that before,
Can't figure how you ended up with him,
But I guess that was my fault
I wish that I could turn away,
I can't watch him in my place,
Maybe I'm just jealous" This part gets to me because I know exactly how Emily and Jack ended up together and I want Emily back but that will never happen, will it?

Ever forget me" This is another part of Just In Case that means something to me because I don't want Emily to forget all the good times that we had together

Even thou-" I get through this part of the song when I stop halfway because Emily walked out
I see Mikey, Mum, Anna and Jack follow her, that's when I drop the mic and follow them out
THIRD PERSONS POV
Emily rushes out of the reception doors, she realised that she couldn't do it
She was pulling both boys in and she couldn't choose who she wanted...
Jack Maynard?
Or
Conor Maynard?
"Emily, what's wrong?" She hears Mikey shout after her
"Emily?" She still doesn't stop
"Emily, dear" Helen says and that's when Emily stops and turns around to face the crowd that followed her
"I'm sorry Helen, I need to leave before I make this harder for anyone" Emily says as Jack looks at her with a confused face
"What do you mean?" Jack asks with a tear falling from his eye
"I'm tearing your family apart Jack, you and Conor had such a strong bond before I came along and ruined everything" Emily says without hesitation and without tears unlike she thought would be there
"But you haven't" Jack says taking a few steps towards Emily whilst holding his hand out
Emily takes a few steps back being careful so she doesn't fall over, whilst moving her arms back so Jack can't touch her
"Oh for god sake Jack, don't make this any harder" Anna says realising that Emily is attempting to say goodbye
"I think the time has come where I walk away, Helen I love you and Gary thank you for everything you've done, Mikey I'm not saying bye to you, Anna my little one I love you and I'll be back to see you, now Conor don't beat yourself up alright this isn't your fault, Jack my baby I am sorry but this is for the best I love you but don't worry about me, ok" Emily says still without tears but Jack has a face full and Conor wiped his eyes along time ago
Before anyone had the chance to say something Emily had walked away, straight out of each one of their lives
But...
Will she come back?
Will Jack break?
Will Conor blame himself?
