Bailey's PoV

I look into the mirror and stare at my reflection. Skinny black jeans showing parts of my pale skin of my legs. A short-sleeved black shirt with the words 'I'm not perfect, deal' on it topped with my new leather jacket that Oliver gave to me on my birthday a few years ago. My blonde hair straightened to get all the natural curls out. I didn't put makeup on since the party was going to be amongst friends and there is no point trying to look nice for anyone... no one. My sony phone on the bed began to ring and I picked it up to see Jordan's picture and nametag. I ignored it, declining the call before scouting for my wallet and putting it in my pocket. Then I went into my wardrobe to look for the present I bought Zoe. It was neatly wrapped with comic style wrapping paper. It was just some comics I found for her that I knew she's been hunting for the past few months. My phone rang and feeling irritated I picked up the call without looking at the name or picture.

"Jordan, look, I'll be there soon I was just finishing getting ready." I headed our the room and towards my door trying to keep quiet so Zoe couldn't hear me from her room.

"Hello to you too princess." It wasn't Jordan on the other side of the phone. Pulling the phone from my ear I look at the name to see Oliver's, great.

"Pfft sorry Oliver, I thought it was Jordan. He trashed my library to get me to come to the party." I heard him laugh on the other side of the phone and say something to someone on the other side of the phone.

"I guess he thought you wouldn't come." He thought right, to be honest, but after I thought it through with ice cream I realized I was overreacting.

"Well, it seems birthday parties are cursed for me."

"Yeah can't forget what happened at your 16th." I shuddered at the memory.

"Sorry, I should know better than to bring that up. Zoe should be arriving soon and it'll give it away if she sees you walk into the apartment. Also, we need your help with the decoration." Guilt seeped through his voice at the very beginning and I smiled slightly at that fact. "I'm here now." I open the door to see all our friends running around to prepare for Zoe's arrival. Jordan saw me and ran towards me, "I see you've finally made it. You pick up for Oliver but not me? I'm hurt." He pulled a fake hurt face putting a hand over his heart but burst into a fit of laughter a couple minutes later. "I thought it was you but yeah that's what I get for not checking. Now let's get this party ready." After a couple more minutes we finally got the room ready and Teddy's DJ equipment. After the false alarm from an unknown man but friend of Jordan's Zoe walked in and the party finally started. I tackled her in a hug soon after everyone has greeted her. "Happy birthday Zoe."

"Bailey? So you came after all!" She hugged me back and I smiled before pulling away. "Of course, why wouldn't I? It's your birthday after all. Look I want to put what happened at my birthday behind us and I want to say sorry for being a complete bitch towards you for it." She shook her head before grabbing a bottle from the nearby table and placed it in my hand. "No biggie. It was a mistake I believe more than one person would wish to forget." She pointed behind me at Oliver who was talking to Jordan and Jack about his recent stunt. I nodded towards her before Jordan walked up to us. From the corner of my eye, I saw Oliver disappear down a hallway. "Come on Zoe, it's time to dance!" I managed to stop Jordan before he disappeared and asked him where the toilet was. He told me where and I went to look for it. Eventually finding it, I opened the door and closed it before checking if anyone was inside. Turning around from the closed door I saw Oliver finishing buckling his belt. He flushed the toilet and when he went to move towards the sink his eyes caught mine.

"Couldn't wait to get me, alone princess?" My face flushed from the terrible timing on my end and the annoying nickname. "Sorry, Oliver I didn't realize someone was in here. But do you seriously have to use that nickname?" He chuckled at my expression and began washing his hands. "That's the whole point of knocking remember? Plus, I like that nickname for you." I crossed my arms and shake my head. "Well I don't," I mumbled under my breath before turning around to open the door to search for another bathroom or wait outside. But the door wouldn't move. The water from the tap stopped and I could hear Oliver open a cupboard for a towel to dry his hands. "Umm... Oliver the door won't open." I looked over my shoulder at him. He didn't look phased by this fact and I tried pulling the door harder but it still wouldn't budge. Oliver came from behind me and put his hand on mine which was on the door handle. My body froze as I felt his toned chest on my back and his breath on my neck as he stood behind me. "Let me try." He whispered quietly into my ear and I moved my hand so it fell limply at the side of my body as I just stood there afraid to move. He pulled on the door hard and shrugged like it was no big deal. "Must be jammed we'll have to wait till someone opens it from the outside. He pulled out his phone and texted something before putting it back in his pocket and came back to stand directly behind me. Even though I wanted everything between us to be fine I could face him, I couldn't look him in the eye. "Why did that one kiss make you hate me, princess?" His voice was so close to my ear that it made me jump. I spun around and took a step bac, my back hitting the bathroom door. He stepped closer to me once again trapping me against the wall. he put his hand either side of my head while mine still hung at the side of my body useless. "I-I don't know what you're t-talking about." I cursed myself for stuttering and he rolled his eyes.

"I thought you knew by now that I've known you for so long I can tell when you're lying." I sighed and closing my eyes not wanting to face him. "I don't want to ruin our friendship, Oliver. I can't tell you."

"You can't tell me that you love me?" My eyes snapped open and faced him. He held that devilish smirk as he knew he hit the nail on the head.

"How did you kn-"

"I didn't but that expression tells me that my guess is right," I swore under my breath and turned my head away from him. 'He hates me now. He's disgusted by me. He knows my secret.' I was brought out of my mind rambling as he used one of his hands to turn my head. My eyes now looked into his as he still held that smirk on his face. "You're right you have ruined our friendship." My body went numb at this moment. Tears brimmed my eyes and he opened his mouth to say more but before he could the door behind us opened and we began to fall. Oliver landed on top of me and I groaned at the impact. I looked up to see Teddy there with her phone out taking a picture. "Well, you two don't look like you need saving." My face blushing once more I managed to wiggle out from underneath Oliver and ran to the living room with Oliver shouting my name from behind me. "To the blood gays!" I hear Jordan toast and as I came around the corner I saw Jordan and Kate touch glasses. Then out of nowhere Zoe joined in. 'Wait Zoe is...'
