Mailyn Jane- lawyer, stubborn, selfless, generous, family orientated, intelligent, has a traumatic past.

Jacob Roster- lawyer, Worlds number one bachelor, intelligent, flirt, always get what he wants. Will sometimes be called Jake for short.

Mailyn Jane has been through a lot growing up. She absolutely hates men. No she's not a lesbian, but she wishes she could be. Growing up men have always been bad. She thinks every guy is the same.

Her parents divorced when she was at the age of five,the simple divorce story, her father cheated and walked out. Her grandpa passed and her grandma was alone. Her sister constantly in and out of an abusive relationship constantly on again off again. Then her brother, a low life who always ask for money. She looked up to her brother but was torn when the one guy she trusted left her when she needed him the most. Mailyn promised to herself that she would never love or to be loved by any man. Men always knew how to screw with girls hearts. But not her, she wasn't going to be like every girl. She was going to be different. All through out high school she guarded herself constantly never letting any man in her life to come and ruin it. She took Ap classes throughout the years and had a lot of college credit to finish college at twenty one. She was independent and never needed a mans help. Now twenty five years old she works in a law firm and is very known to be the best. All the men lust her and all the women envy her. She won every case she's had for the four years she's worked there. Her work life was almost perfect. Until the head of the firm George McGregor assigned her a partner for her next case.

Jacob Roster came into the firm to help thee amazing Mailyn Jane. He's heard about her plenty of times. She was years younger and she's achieved the same amount of cases as him. At twenty nine years old Jacob Roster still had the moves. He has always been a smooth talker, but finds it hard to whoo Mailyn. He never had a problem getting the girls in bed. Not only did he have the looks, but he had the money. He was known to be the worlds hottest Bachelor. Every man wished to be him and every girl wanted him. Except thee graceful Mailyn. She didn't even crack a smile when he told her his famous joke. This girl had him so intrigued, he wanted to know so much about her. He wanted to know who the real Mailyn Jane was under that dressy attire. Get your head out of the gutter he wants to see the real her when she's home. Although seeing her out of her clothes wouldn't be bad either....
