I sat in the front of the jet across from Quinn. She was so energetic and sweet it was difficult to dislike her. I could hear her singing along to a song as I opened a complimentary bag of peanuts. This one lady had come by with a cart full of snacks and treats, but I opted for peanuts since I used to eat them all the time back home.

Once I finished eating, I set the empty bag on the floor next to me and slowly dozed off into a sleep.

I woke up to the intercom crackling to life.

"Please, don't panic, ladies. We are forced to make an emergency landing due to low fuel. We will be back in the air momentarily. Thank you."

Wait, what?

"Ahhhh! Oh my goodness! I almost died on this plane." I heard Quinn say, almost sounding overjoyed.

"That wouldn't have been good." Benli mumbled.

There was a big thud, then the pilot told us we had landed and would be back in the air soon. We only had about an hour till we landed in Angeles.

"Let me just say, I'm glad they noticed the fuel shortage now. I wouldn't want to fall right out of the sky." I said, relieved.

"Although, that would be kind of fun. You gotta admit." Quinn confessed.

"I don't think I would like that." I replied.

"Ladies, please buckle your seat belts. We're about to take flight." The intercom informed us.

I clicked my seatbelt into place then braced myself for takeoff. It had scared me before and would probably bother me this time, too.

I started to feel the jet move beneath me. My shoulders tensed as I watched the window, seeing the ground go further and further away. We were so high up.

"So, I assume you've never been on a plane before, right?" Quinn asked, curious.

"Well, I'm a Seven," her eyes lit up in understanding. "So this form of transportation wasn't an option for me. I always walked." I said.

"Well, I walked most of the time, but I have ridden in a car a couple times though. Have you?"

"I've been in a car twice. Although, one of those times was because they had to drive me here. The other time a family of Two's drove me around town just to let me ride in the car."

"Oh," She said. "Did you like it?"

"I must say, I prefer walking. I'm not sure why, but I hate being stuck in a stuffy little car, when I could be outside smelling the fresh flowers and trees."

"That makes sense. I used to ride my bike all the time back home because it was never cold. Trust me, you're going to like Angeles." She finished with a smile.

The plane landed at another airport, and we took our bags to a car. They would take us to the palace, where we would get a 'before' picture taken. The next morning we would get a makeover and 'after' picture along with a short interview to get to know us. We were also supposed to meet the royal family that night at dinner.
