*Mazy's POV*

I had just finished packing a nights worth of stuff into my overnight bag; Toothpaste, toothbrush, a nightgown, stretch black jeans, baggy shirt, underwear, chocolate, socks and a hairbrush. All along with the usual; sonic pen, mobile phone, purse, 2 exploding disks, smoke bombs, chewing gum and my make up bag. Then I climbed back into bed to relax.

I hadn't really slept much at all but just enough to ensure I wasn't falling asleep at vital points. I rolled over to my side to see that it was 6:30 am so basically it was time to get dressed and to eat.

After rummaging through my wardrobe for a good 10 minutes I found a suitable outfit. I pulled my long black dress over my large bump, I pulled my tights on, a pair of low heeled ankle boots and my leather jacket. When I was finally clothes I curled the ends of my hair so it fell in waves past my shoulders and I straightened my full fringe through so it was just below my eyebrows.

"Let's go get some food," I sighed rubbing my bump and grabbing my bag before I headed down to the kitchen. "Hey mum your up," I smiled as I entered to see my mum cooking.

"Yeah, the early bird catches the worm," she replied.

"Your not going to set fire to the kitchen though are you?" I mused taking my jacket off and washing my hands to help mum. I remembered the times when I was younger and my mum would burn everything while she was cooking. She had never been the best cook but she didn't need to be because I was there to help.

"The cheek," mum retorted as she softly hit my arm.

"What are you cooking anyways?"

"Not sure really," frowned mum as she looked at the two plates that contained sausages, bacon, beans "I was going to do scrambled egg I think,"

"Okay I will make sure the fire extinguisher is at hand then," I chuckled as I handed mum the pack of eggs. It wasn't long before food was ready, surprisingly without any major drama.

"See I did it without you needing to call the fire brigade," Joked mum as we tucked into our breakfast.

"It was lush mum," I complimented as I picked up our plates and headed for the sink to wash them. "Thanks mum," I smiled as I rinsed the dishes through.

"What for sweetie?" Mum asked as she started to dry them.

"For taking me in and looking after me,"

"Your my little girl and it's my job to look after you,"

"But you don't have to. It's my fault I'm in this predicament,"

"I am just glad you come to me so I can be there for you while your so heavily pregnant. I had nobody when your father left me and I don't want you to be like I was," mum bowed her head a little and I could see tears forming in her green eyes. My mum had spent most of her young life with the doctor so when she left him and had me it was totally different from traveling through time and space.

"Oh mum I'm so sorry," I hugged my mother as close as I could with my large belly getting in the way.

"You are a dear," she smiled weakly as we broke from the hug.

"I'm gonna go wait outside for the ride mum," I informed as I pulled my leather jacket on. Feeling a sharp pain in my abdomen I winced and held my stomach sitting slowly back onto the seat. The pain gripped my bump for a while before released me.

"Are you okay Mazy?" Frowned mum as she knelt down in front of me her green eyes searching for answered.

"Yeah baby is kicking is all," I replied before getting back up onto my feet. "See you out there mum," I said before I walked onto the drive to wait for the cars to take us to mount Snowdon. I hoped they come to the street a little quieter than they had done last time.

On walking out onto the pavement I saw Clyde, Rani and Rani's dad talking over the road. I just folded my arms above my swollen stomach and looked to the ground. I guess I didn't really want to talk. Today was just about getting answers and finding out where the doctor really was.

"Mazy!" Clyde called over to me. I looked up to him and he was beckoning me over to the group. I cussed in my head a little before I made my way across the road to join them.

"Hey," I blushed not really knowing what to say.

"Mazy this is my dad," Rani indicated to the man I thought to be her dad already. I just nodded to show that I had taken in what she had told me.

"Yes, I'm Haresh," he offered out his hand which I shook immediately.

"I'm Mazy Smith, Sarah Jane's daughter," I smiled back.

"Oh I though she didn't have any other relatives apart from Luke," he added. I rolled my eyes having heard that phrase so much throughout the street in such a small space of time. It just shows that my mum had been keeping herself to herself for way too long. Then again secrets seemed to be a side affect of hanging out with the doctor.

"Now you know that she does," I chuckled slightly taking my hand back and putting it on my bump.

"That's good at least she has you and the baby now that Luke has gone to university,"

"Yeah,"

"They're here," Rani cheered as she pointed behind me to the cars that had drawn up outside 13 Bannerman road.

"I'll go fetch mum," I announced as I waddled back over to the other part of the street.

"No need Mazy I'm here," mum stated as I turned on my heels and headed back over to the black car. "I'll sit up front," mum added before I got chance to call shotgun.

My bag was taken from me along with everyone else's and it was put into the boot while I held tightly to my sonic pen. I let out a small sigh of relief when they didn't check my bag after I had concealed my arsenal of weapons. I did hate the idea of weapons knowing they that the doctor would like me to have them but desperate times called for desperate measures. He would understand.  "Okay I don't mind as long as I can sit near a window," I sat inside the car, Rani and then Clyde also followed in after he received a static shock.
