Reader~Chan's PoV:
Shiro walked into my room after waking up in a cold sweat. I was trying to sleep but failing. Shiro crawled into my bed and began to cry silently into my shoulder.
"I'm no hero. I'm a monster. I h-hurt so many people as a gladiator. I-" Shiro whispered glumly between tears, before I turned over and placed a gentle kiss to his lips, causing him to gasp lightly at the sudden interaction.
"You are a hero. You're my hero, and don't ever tell yourself otherwise. I love you so much, and listening to you talk like this just kills me when I know you won't listen." I whispered exasperatedly, hot tears now streaming down my cheeks. He wrapped his strong arms around my petite frame and I buried my face in his chest, silent sobs erupted from my mouth.
"I love you too, Y/n. I'm sorry." And we slept like that, for the rest of the night, in each other's arms.
