Lunch Break. (Ja'Far X Reader) [Magi]

Reader~Chan's PoV: 

I walked into the office of my month long boyfriend, Ja'Far, only to see him working hurriedly.

"Ja'Far," I sighed silently. "You should really take a break." 

"Y/n, you know how important it is to get this done before lunch. I-" He rambled.

"It's two o'clock in the afternoon. Let's go have lunch, then I'll help you out." I negotiated, then I grabbed his hand and pulled him along to the gardens, where I pre-set a picnic for the two of us. It was underneath a blossoming cherry tree and flowers were as far as the eye could see. A checkered blanket sat under the tree, adorned with a wooden basket filled with fruit, a plate of sandwiches, and a small strawberry cake sat in the middle.

"D-did you set all of this up, Y/n?" He stuttered in awe. 

"Of course I did, Silly!" I exclaimed excitedly, happy that I could cause Ja'Far's happiness. "Come on, let's eat!"
