Next morning

Cavya, dhrulya and mukbhi were sitting in cabir's room.

"Guys did you saw nandini last night. I was so shocked plus happy at the same time because she don't hate manik." Alya said dreamily.

"Shit! Sherlock, you are saying as if we weren't there." Cabir said sarcastically and alya just rolled her eyes on his comment.

"But you know what I think we should really help 'em. They are in a serious need of a Cupid." Mukti said.

"You are right. You know we should lock them in a room until they solve their differences." Navya said excitedly.

"Keep your 90s ideas to yourself miss madhubala" Cabir said in a mocking tone.

"Hate ya cabir." Navya said slapping his shoulder.

"But I toh love ya navya." Cabir whispered in her ear. "Oh! it rhymed"

Everyone one else were staring at them with a poker face.

"Guys we need to focus on manik and nandini's romance not yours." Abhi said and navya blushed.

"Alright on a serious note we are now on mission 'manan milap'." Dhruv exclaimed.

"I didn't knew you were there topiwale until you said this." Cabir joked.

"I don't wear topi anymore." Dhruv whined.
Everyone laughed on this.

"Let's go guys and do some research on their relation status." Mkti said standing up from the bed.

"Yup let's get in action." Cabir said rubbing his palms.

In nandini's room

It was 8 in the morning when nandini woke up. She tried to open her eyes but failed miserably. Her head was hammering. She finally opened her eyes and sat up straight.

"Why the hell my head is weighing 100 pounds." She muttered holding  head in her hands.

"Because you have a hangover." Manik said entering the room with a lemonade and aspirin pills.

"Wha......" she trailed off suddenly all the flashbacks came running to her mind.

"Shit!" She muttered.

"So you remember now." Manik smirked.

And at that time she wanted the earth to open up and swallow her then and there.

"Umm.....  I.. I.. I am really sorry for last night. I shouldn't have done that. I am sorry for embarrassing you in front of everyone." She said almost inaudibly.

"Hey hey hey it's okay. No need to get embarrassed about anything." Manik said cupping her face.

They were having an eye lock when manik broke it.

He stood up and gave aspirin to her.

"Here, take them it will help to cope up with the headache." Manik said and she gulped them.

"Manik thank you for bearing me last night. It was really nice of you." She said smilingly.

"It's alright." He said dismissing the matter.

He leaned towards her ear and whispered.

"By the way I like drunk nandini more than the sober one." He then kissed her cheek.

She looked down and smiled coyly.
He opened the door and saw the entire group of evils.

"Were you guys eavesdropping?" He asked skeptically.

"We, eavesdropping not a chance and what are we Sherlock who were investigating by listening your conversation.No." Cabir said.

"Yeah and we just came to check on nandini if she's okay or not." Navya said covering up.

"She's fine just having a hangover. You guys can check on her later she's resting right now." Manik said.

"Caring mode on." Cabir muttered and everyone chuckled.

"What?" Manik asked.

"Nothing we will come later."

Manik went from there and they once again gathered in cabir's room.

"They are acting civil." Abhi said.

"Yup and that's good for now." Alya replied.

"At least nandini is not angry anymore. This is a good sign." Navya said.

"But manik should be careful or else he will fall in the depths of 'friendzone'. Cabir said mockingly.

"Shut up cabir. They can't be friends like ever because they love each other so much." Mukti said.

"Yeah you are right."

Here nandini got ready in a tight fit jeans and a blue crop top with flats along with high pony tail.

She was coming downstairs and saw aryaman entering the house.

"You are late and because of you I am late." Aryaman said in a fake anger.

"Awe you, I am sorry." She cooed side hugging him.

Manik was sitting in living room watching the scenario and clutched the newspaper in his hand so hard that it crumbled down.

"Nandini why manik always glare at me as if he's gonna dig my grave here only." Aryaman whispered in her ear.

"He's like that only don't worry." Nandini said covering manik's behavior.

"Navya I am leaving for hospital." Nandini shouted from downstairs.

"Okay come soon." Navya said from upstairs.

"Nandini" Manik called her from behind.

"What manik?" Nandini asked in a bored tone.

"Wo just take the medicines if your headache gets worst." He said softly.

Aww him. Shh! nandini control. You are mad at him right so act like that. Nandini thought to herself.

"Okay." she said smilingly.

Geez what's wrong with you nandu. So much for acting mad. She scolded herself.

"Bye manik see you later." She waved at him.

"Bye"

You are hopeless nandini and rolled her eyes inwardly.
