A year later

Manik's pov

Sunrays disturbed my slumber and I woke rubbing my eyes. It's Sunday morning and I couldn't be more happier.

Working 6 days a week sucks trust me. I threw the sheets off me and went to freshen up. I came out in no time when my phone rang.

Cabir was calling and I picked it up.

"Where are You?" His impatient voice came.

"Eiffel tower se jump karne waala hoo kyu?" I said sarcastically and I can imagine him rolling his eyes.

"Come fast. I'm dying out of excitement." He said with enthusiasm.

"Dude function is in evening so chill." I said and I heard his gasp.

"Really?" Cabir asked perplexed.

Dhakkan kahika.

"Yes now bye will meet in the evening and don't disturb me." I said hanging up the phone.

Today is S.P.A.C.E academy's 25th anniversary and ex spacians are invited for a special programme. So we all are excited to go back to that place which hold so many memories.
And Cabir out of all is the most excited soul.

S.P.A.C.E where it all started.

I smiled at the memory and decided to nap till afternoon.

"Hey buddy long time yaar." Dhruv said hugging me.

"Because you went to a long vacation." I said rolling my eyes and he gave me a sheepish look.

"Correction he went to his honeymoon." Cabir said popping up in the middle along with navya.

Have I forgot to tell you that alya and dhruv got married a month back? Yeah I must be. They decided that it was finally the time to tie a knot because it has been so long since they are dating.

"Navya you look gorgeous." I said side hugging her and she muttered a quick thank you.

"After taking 2 hours to get ready she will look gorgeous only." Cabir muttered and navya slapped his arm in annoyance.

Well old habits are hard to go. They are still dating if I tell you because according to cabir dating period is the bestest time and he want to enjoy it as long as possible.

"Abhi just shut up see because of you I'm late." Mukti's voice boomed with abhi trailing behind.

"I'm sorry baby." He said kissing her cheek and she immediately smiled.

Awe. Well well they married a year ago. Shocking I know. No one expected mukti to get married first. But when you find the right person then you should do anything in your power to keep them with you forever.

"Alright people if we are done bantering so can we go inside." I said and they all agreed.

We made our way inside and seated. We saw many familiar faces and just caught in each other's life. It's so good to be back.

The programme started with all the students performing. We cheered, hooted, shouted in excitement. With Cabir whistling like a chichhora.

After all the performances finished the host came up on the stage.

"I hope you had a great time and now it's time for the famous band to perform the Fab5 who graduated from this very same college so let's give it a hand to fab5." The host announced and we stood up together.
