(Carter's Point Of View)

My clothes have become stiff and tight around my stomach as I consider taking off these blood soaked clothes I feel a sudden sickening feeling inside the pits of my stomach just from the thought of who's blood is covering them, the idea of me walking around with her blood on me is as if I'm carrying her dead body on my back.

I squirm out of the clothes I've been wearing for three weeks, and to think it's only after I get blood on them that I even consider taking them off, it's not like I haven't been sweating in them and maybe the reason I haven't taken them off is because these clothes are like my link to my old life. I know I have Logan but, he isn't just Logan my big brother anymore, and he could die at any moment now so taking these daggy, dirty clothes off means alot more than a fresh new outfit it means I'm finally giving up on the idea of our old life, our old world, even if the world gets ride of the zombies it's never going to be the same again and I don't think I want to see that world.

Just as I slip on the black shirt I found in the closet from the house before Charlie comes stumbling in, with teary eyes, she stops dead in her tracks when she notices me standing there.

She gives me a reassuring look before walking past me into another part of the tent.

I turn around to follow her and as soon as I walk in I see her crying. For all this time she's been with us I haven't seen her cry, well I did see her hiding a tear but that was all that came out, until now.

As I look at her I realise I know nothing about this girl, except for her Zombie encounter. Like why she is wearing a red hoodie over what looks like a blue cheerleading uniform. Which from what I've seen from Cheerleaders in movies is their bitches and that doesn't sound like Charlie, or at least the Charlie I know. But It's not like I haven't changed, maybe she has too.

"Kid, what's wrong?" I asked, sitting on her stretcher next to her slumped sniffling body. She shakes her head in response.

"I-I can't, I can't rem-, I can't remember..." She sobbed choking on the words,

"You can't remember what?" I asked only for another shake of her head in response.

"Please Charlie, all you have to do is tell me." I beg, desperately wanting to know what it is that's she's forgotten.

"I don't," She pushes out the words before stopping and shoving her hair out of the way, "I don't remember the date..." She whispers before curling up into a ball and crying once more before silence.

"What, Charlie?" I question, moving closer to make sure she's still breathing. She's breathing shallow breathes but not a single answer leaves her shaking lips. "Charlie, What do you mean you don't remember the date?" I insist.

"I've been keeping track of the days and everything but I've lost count." She whimpers as she lets the words slip. I move back in confusion and wait for an explanation, but to no avail. I pat her shoulder sympathetically and run out to find Indigo.

--------------

Soon after about 20 minutes of looking with the help of Milo and Teddy, it's only then that Howie says that she went off to look around 'search' the area. Apparently she should have been back by now, Howie says she's been gone pretty much since we got here and that was about 7 hours ago.

Milo's now running crazy with worry, Charlie came out ten minutes ago acting like she hadn't cried that whole time, the only way you can tell she was crying is from her red sappy eyes wondering the place with confusion and worry probably sensing what is to come. But if it weren't for her we never would have noticed Indigo was gone, She normally keeps to herself and the only time she doesn't is when she's fighting with Milo. The only thing I can tell about her is she acts more like a kid than Charlie does. Which I guess makes sense if she was kidnapped but still it's kind of weird to actually see a twelve year old in a seventeen year old body.

The good thing about her is she was already smart so she doesn't seem stupid just late on popular culture, it's as if she's been living under a rock for the past 5 years, so she's missed all of it, shame when she did finally get out it was only to enter a whole new world slowly filling with zombies.

(Indigo's Point Of View)

"You do know it would have been easier if we had let her lead us to her camp we could've just stolen their food, now how the hell are we going to do this?" One of the boys asks outside the door, trying but completely failing, at what you may ask? I don't know.

"Says the one who thought of the idea and still if we had just walked in what weapons would we use to steal their food, she had already stolen ours. All we need to do is get her to lead the way and swap her out." James says while walking though the door.

"Okay, Rapunzel. We're going to let you out and your going to take us to your friends with food or we're going to kill you."

"Wait, wha-" Andrew trys to object but gets shut up and shoved out of the room.

"So, if I'm Rapunzel, does that make you Flynn Ryder or Mother Gothel?" I say with an innocent smile.
