My eyes widened once I seen Victor fall. He fell... he never falls!
Everyone watching was sitting in complete shock. Each and every one of them not knowing how to react to this foreign accident. The only sound heard in the ice rink was the sound of the music and victor pulling himself back up.
I watched as Victor darted his eyes at me once again.
Oh no..
Our eyes locked on each other's both screaming different things. I could feel nothing but fear as I looked at the pale Russian man who I had been keeping a huge secret from.
Suddenly, Victor turned away from me and started to skate right off the ice. All the audience gasped at him. He was leaving the ice?! He hadn't even finished his first half!! I felt my heart racing as I sat there frozen in fear
He's going to find out!
Victor put the covers on his blades his eyes still glued in my direction.
He's going to see katsu and try to come back into his life!
He started walking over in my direction.
This is it! He's going to see him!
He was just about to reach where I was standing
I CANT LET HIM FIND OUT!!
I quickly grabbed katsu and ran away holding my son in my arms. As I shoved past everyone knocking some people over I felt tears starting to fall. I was so scared to let victor back in. I didn't want katsu to be hurt.
"YURI!!!" I heard the familiar voice of the one person I ever loved scream after me.
As I glanced behind my heart began to race faster and adrenaline kick in. He was chasing me.
I felt the butterfly's of nerves in my stomach as I pushed myself to run faster then I ever have.
I can't let him into his life.
I'm doing this for him...
