I sat in sat through the full competition, skater after skater after skater but I had yet to see Victor.

The man hadn't been out of his hotel room apparently. Probably with a hooker or something! Funny thing is, he can do that sort of stuff while I'm here raising his child!

Katsu was happily bouncing away holding a Phichit plushie in one hand and a hot dog in the other. I never even knew they made plushies like that?

I didn't want katsu though feeling that anger that I was radiating to everyone else, to him, this was just a holiday, and a change to meet up with his uncle Phichit! Or peachy as he says.

My eyes then turned towards the ice noticing it was Otabek's chance on the ice. Yurio was standing right beside the rink his hands laced together with Otabek's as they giggled and talked. Wow yurio looked so much happier, he looks different when he's smiling.

Katsu glanced around the ice as if he was looking for him. Once he found who he was looking for he stood up. "Mommy look! It's at mean man again!" He called out making a bunch of the audience turn to us with confused looks.

My eyes darted across to see Victor coming out of what must have been the dressing rooms. Anger pooled up in my stomach as I watched the man I once loved walk around greeting the skaters.

He had a life, he could go out every day. He had friends. He could do whatever he wanted. Eat whatever he wanted. Buy whatever he wanted. While I'm here struggling to provide for our child. How could someone once be so kind and gentle turn out like this?

Soon otabek was announced onto the ice. I wasn't going to let Victor ruin our day.... yet.  I turned my attention to otabek while katsu cheered beside me.

"GO WHEATABIX!!" He cheated happily

Later that day I was sat in the conference hall waiting for the top three winners to come out. The competition was amazing and katsu loved every second of it which made the whole thing a success.

Victor, much to my disappointment, didn't fall and break both his arms; but instead landed the gold. His routine was hugely complex and well choreographed, but still.... I was waiting to see him fall and hear that snap noise.... what? I'm an angry parent!

Yurio came second, much to his disappointment. He lost it all in the second half of his performance when he touched the ice during his triple axel.

And in third came otabek. Honestly I had no idea if he was happy, upset, mad because that man never shows his emotions! His performance was great, but the routine wasn't as complex as the two Russian skaters.

Soon the three came on, the hall equivalent erupted with chatter and the sound of camera clicks. The skaters sat at their assigned seats.

Otabek held an emotionless expression as he looked out over the sea of reporters and flashes. Yurio held the same pissed off look he usually does when he's made sit down and talk about his progress. Victor, Victor held a bored expression which made my blood boil.

I would kill to be able to live like he did! But I can't! Don't get me wrong I love my son, more than anything in the world, but it's hard, it's hard to watch the father to my child live the high life while I'm at home struggling to get by.
Though I would never tell Victor, and give him the thought that I need him! I never needed him!

Soon the crowd began to quieten down and some reporters began asking the questions that were expected every year.

"What was your inspiration?"
"What's your plans for next season?"
"What do you feel could have gone better in your performance?"
"Who made your costume"

You could tell the hot headed blonde boy was getting bored of all these questions. Conferences always got boring when they only talked about the same thing. It doesn't get interesting until they begin to go onto the actual interview, the personal side.

"Mr. Alton is it true that you and mr. Pleisetsky have a romantic relationship together?" One reporter asked making the two stiffen up slightly. Murmurs of options shook the room as the small Russian rolled his eyes.

"I thought that was obvious?" He scoffed, as if that information should be secondary nature to them.

The voices got louder as there reporters took down what yurio just said; gathering information.

After a few more questions the reporters came to the question that was sitting on the tips of everyone's tongues.

"Mr. Nikiforov... what is your personal relationship with Yuri Katsuki?...."
