Laurie's Pov: Val and I decided to do the interviews so we asked Mak's to watch Isabelle until we get home.

" Our next guest gave birth 5 months ago please help us welcome Laurie Hernandez and her fiance Val Chmerkovskiy " Kim announces and Val and I walk out hand in hand
" Laurie you look amazing for someone who gave birth just 5 months ago" Kelly compliments
" Thank you" I say
" Laurie, You just won your first competition since getting into training, When did you get back into training? " Kim ask me curiously
" I got back into the gym and started training again a month and a half after giving birth to our daughter" I tell them honestly
" Val , You proposed to Laurie at the competition. Were you nervous at all?" Kelly asks Val
" I was terrified" He says wrapping his arm around my waist before continuing" But I had no reason to be" He says
Soon the interview was over and Val and I are headed to The Today Show.
Val's Pov: Laurie and I just finished our interview on the View now we are headed to the Today Show and then we are headed to Extra TV studios for an interview.

" Laurie Hernandez, Gave birth 5 months ago and is now Holds the title for the Champion for 2017 American Cup for gymnastics and she is engaged to Val Chmerkovskiy" Hoda says and we walk out together
" Hey Hoda " Laurie and I say as we sit down
" First congratulations on your daughter and the engagement and the win " Hoda says congratulating us
" Thank you" Laurie and I say at the same time
" Laurie you gave birth 5 months ago and you look incredible. How long after giving birth did you start training again?" Hoda asks Laurie
" While I was pregnant I was doing lights weights and squats to stay active because you really can't do much during pregnancy but when I got back into the gym I just started to work on getting to where I wanted be" Laurie says honestly
" Val , You proposed to Laurie on the floor at the competition, How nervous were you?" Hoda asks me curiosity evident in her voice
" I was terrified" I tell Hoda honestly
" Season 25 of dwts is coming up soon can we expect to see you back in the ballroom, Val?" Hoda questions
" Yes, I am coming back" I announce with a smile on my face
After a few more questions the Interview was over and now we have to go to Extra TV for our last interview for the day
Laurie's Pov: Val and I only have one more interview left for today and then we can go back home and spend time with Our little girl.

" Laurie, you won silver and gold at the Rio Olympics , You won season 23 of Dwts , Your a mom, You are the 2017 American Cup champion. How do you feel?" Will asks me
" I am so blessed and grateful to have the experiences that I have because people don't get these opportunities everyday , And I am beyond grateful for the family that I have because they have always been there for me and that is incredible" I say truthfully
" Val, You proposed at the American Cup , Were you nervous at all?" Will asks Val
" I was petrified about it but I had no reason to be" Val says to Will while looking at me
After a few more questions and Val and I headed home to see our daughter and thank Mak's for watching her.
I am so lucky to have the family that I do because without their support I wouldn't be where I am today.
