Val's Pov: Laurie and I have been through a lot together in the last few months but I am honestly the happiest that I have ever been and that is because of Laurie.
Laurie and I have been dating for 3 months since Isabelle is 5 months old.
I am going to propose to Laurie at the American Cup For gymnastics that is being held in New jersey.
Laurie's Pov: The American Cup for Gymnastics is in 2 days and I am a little nervous.
I started training again when Isabelle was 1 1/2 months old.
This is going to be my first really big gymnastics competition since the olympics and after giving birth to Isabelle.
I am a little nervous but I will do just fine. Hopefully.
Mak's Pov: The 2017 American Cup for gymnastics is this weekend and Laurie is competing.
This is the first time that Laurie will compete after giving birth to Isabelle after the Olympics.
Val is planning on proposing to Laurie after all the athletes that are competing are announced.
I am currently over at Laurie and Val's house for a pre- competition barbecue pool party to relax before the competition.
We are all in the pool and Val is playing with Isabelle who is in a floaty for babies and Laurie and I are talking.
" So , How do you feel about the competition?" I ask Laurie curiously
" I am feeling a little nervous about it but I have been training for 3 1/2 months for this" She tells me
" How long after giving birth did you go back to training?" I ask
" Isabelle was 1 1/2 months when I started training again" She tells me honestly
" You gave birth 5 months ago and you look like this?" I ask her incredulously
" How did you take care of Isabelle while you were at the gym and someone wasn't able to watch her?" I ask her
" I would actually take Her to the gym with me and my coaches sister would babysit while I was training and sometimes Isabelle would watch me train" Laurie confesses
After swimming with Val and Watching Laurie and Val race each other we headed inside to give Isabelle a bath and get her to bed after dinner
