The 1st Mall Trip

Hey it's Kenzie boo! Here's the second chapter!

I woke up in an unfamiliar place. I got scared and sat up only to remember I was part of a family now! I pulled on some skinny jeans and a tshirt along with my trusty beanie. I started walking downstairs but stopped because I heard the guys, minus Sam and Trevor, arguing. "What if the fans don't like her?" I heard Connor say. "Of course they'll like her!" Jc replied. "I don't know if that's safe. You know our fans." Kian said. "They're crazy!" Ricky yelled. "True" Jc said. "What are you guys talking about? Don't lie I already heard part of your conversation." I yelled running down the stairs. "Well now we don't have a choice." Connor said defeated. "Sit child." Kian said gesturing to an open spot on the couch. "You ready?" Jc said. "Yep" I replied. "Well we are a really successful group on YouTube called o2l." Connor blurted out. "What's YouTube?" I said confused. I had lived in an orphanage for the past 7 years. What do you expect? "Omg we have so much to teach you!" Ricky said throwing his hands in the air. "I will take her to the mall and get her electronics." Connor said. "I'll go with" Ricky said. Before I knew it I was being rushed out the door and into the car on my way to get electronics. "You really don't have to do this" I said. "You're my daughter. you gotta have something!" Connor said emphasizing the 'something'. "Ok. Then can you guys teach me how to use this stuff cause I have no clue how any of that stuff works." I asked. "Sure Melster!" Ricky said happily. Ugh there's that nickname again. We got to the mall and I got a video camera and an Iphone. "Thanks youuuuu!" I said hugging Connor and Ricky. "No problem" they said in unison. I was excited and was holding Connor's hand. That's when I heard the screaming girls. "OMG IT'S CONNOR AND RICKY!" they shouted. "WHO IS THAT WITH CONNOR!?" I heard another. "LETS GET HER! NO ONE TOUCHES OUR CONNOR WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION!" another said. "Crap" Ricky said before we broke out into a run. We weren't fast enough and one if the girls caught my arm and pulled me back. I was bombarded with slaps and punches. Luckily, I was used to this from the orphanage and wasn't hurt very badly. Connor and Ricky eventually pried all the girls off and called the mall police. The girls were then banned from the mall permanently. "Are you okay Melster??" Connor said loudly while checking my arms and legs for bruises and scratches. "I'm fine. I just wanna go home." I said. "Lets get this girl home." Ricky said snapping his fingers. Connor picked me up like a real dad would and carried me to the car where I fell asleep. 'He really loves me doesn't he?' Was the last thought I had before I drifted to sleep.
