Could this be?
"Well, I'll be going now, nice to chat with you Tarleo. Oh and by the way, you need to refill on dust." The once before dusty ground was now marked with paw prints from a dragon, breathe from a dragon, fights, and the blood and body marks. He growled at me, reaching his hand inside his jacket. I don't like that. I sighed and looked ahead, passed Erian and had a foot on the steps when...
Bang!
I gasped as blood trickled down from my leg, all my strength kept me from falling for some reason. I shook with fear and pain, I couldn't stop! I slowly looked back to see what hit me to see my tiny dragons, who were following me, gaping with their mouth open. Tears built in my eyes. Even though everyone thought I was 20, I was still 14, I was way too young for this. Tarleo's jacket swung above him to only fall back to place. And what he held in his hand, was a shotgun. I glared at him and growled. "Not...again..." Before I knew it, I blacked out.
I woke up in a cabin. It wasn't a cave, so, who saved me. I shot up only to scream in pain and fall down again. I lifted my hands in shock. No chains. I lifted my head and looked down to see a green poultice trickling down as it was held by bandages. No doubt about it, I was saved. "Ah, you're awake." I looked over to my right to see Erian, writing something on a desk. I growled, I have a whole country on my side and he saves me? He sighed as if he knew what I was saying.
"I know, you're probably really confused and angry right now. That's why I chained your ankle to the bed. Mostly because of how strange you became, as of a new person.. I have to say it kinda was hilarious." He snickered and turned to face me.
"..Huh? Didn't I just pass out?" He stared at me in shock.
"Huh? You don't remember? You were so crazy!" He laughed and kneeled down, putting his elbows on my bedside and his chin inside his elbows.
"Fine then, tell me." I growled, warning him to go away but he didn't and instead, smiled and closed his eyes. He's, different...he was shy when we had both met up until the point he betrayed me, and now here he is....flirting with me. I blushed at my own thought and looked away. He noticed and sighed, still smiling.
"Alright, then I'll start where you had 'passed out'" I listened closely to where it played out and turned into a flashback to me.
<Flashback>
"Not...again.." My head went lifeless as well as my hands and I couldn't move, but stood up as if I were a zombie. Gold sparkles appeared from the ground above me and gathered onto my back, forming two pairs of golden wings. The leftover sparkles went into my hair, which could be faintly seen, as the hair I used to have before I cut it. Tarleo lurched backwards. "What the hell?" He grabbed his shotgun again, but shook so much to where it fell to the ground. He stared at fear as I raised my head. But I wasn't moving, I can't move! So how..who..? A smile spread across my face and for the first time ever, the scar vanished and I opened my left eye, showing a golden, bright eye. He gasped. "How?! You should've died from that scar but you lived and now it's gone? Making a fool of me!" He reached into his jacket and pulled out a knife.
"Bastard..." I yelled and vanished into the shadows and appeared before him, my knife to his leg. I smiled and pushed it in, creating another blood pool of Tarleo's blood. I pulled my knife out and whipped it around me, creating a bloody half circle. He screamed in pain and fell to the ground. I glared at him with a crazy smile on my face and vanished again.
