I had her. I won. For two months me and Y/N had been living together, and in this time I had been training her. Brendon was still out there, and with her by my side, we'd end him.
"Come on, baby. You're form is sloppy today." I said. We were working with a bo staff, she was normally quite good at it, well she was good at everything, but especially this.
"I know, but I'm tired Ry." She said taking deep breaths of exhaustion. "You're working me into the ground here."
I put down my staff and walked up to her, wrapping her up in my arms. "I get it, but I just want you to be prepared incase he-"
"I know, I have to be ready for anything and such but to be prepared I'd have to have some sleep."
"Okay, yeah." I shrugged. "You go get cleaned up, I'll cook dinner, then straight to bed. Since your so tired."
She laughed and rolled her eyes. "Yes sir. What next, are you gonna scold me for not eating my vegetables?"
"Maybe, you do need your strength and veg-" I started.
She lightly hit my shoulder. "You are so annoying."
   "But you love me anyway."
She just rolled her eyes then ran off to go get cleaned up.
I walked out into the living room to turn the TV on for background noise.
"Y/N still missing and Brendon Urie still at large, what police are starting to think is more than coincidental timing." The news anchor stated. I immediately switched the channel. I couldn't let Y/N hear that.

"So what are we having?" Y/N asked, sitting on a stool in front of the counter.
   "(insert food here) sound good?"
   "Yup."
"Good. Look Y/N there's something I've been meaning to talk with you about."
"Well what are you waiting for, the moon to fall?"
"Right. You know how I've been training you? And how I said it was incase Brendon just attacks you?"
"Yeah?" She drug out the word.
"It isn't incase Brendon just decides to attack us, it's because we are going to attack him." I said cautiously.
Her expression didn't wavier in the slightest. "Cool."
I waited a second for her to say something else, but she said nothing, so I asked, "Cool? That's it?"
"What do you mean?" She asked tilting her head to the side.
"I mean, no 'we're not attacking him', or just anything more than just 'cool'?"
   "Yeah. Is that okay?"
"Yeah. It's great, just didn't expect it." And part of me absolutely did not believe it.
   "Okay, then." She smirked.

Every night Y/N would get out of bed for a few hours and then come back. I don't think she knew I heard her leave the room. I had no idea what she'd do, but I trusted her. I never heard the front or back door open or close so she never left the house. I guessed she just wanted some training without me breathing down her neck, either that or the more reasonable explanation, she couldn't sleep, she had been through a lot. Yet she had told me she was tired so it surprised me when she got up again that night, but I decided to let her go. I thought I'd let her have a few hours alone, after all, why else would she get up in the night? To talk to someone? Yeah right.
