Everyone had run from the chaos made as if it was just that easy to escape. Once the castle was a paradise-like daydream for every student who had built their dreams inside. However this night, had been a nightmare for each young student. Some even fell to their tragic deaths, some were injured while some were emotionally-wounded. All this trauma did not do any good to Alice who had just experienced seeing deaths after deaths all-throughout her life. She saw how students panic, cried, plead and scream in fear.

Once a castle of dreams, became a battlefield.

It had never crossed her mind that everyone would go through the same pain she had, but fate could really be a little crafty.

"Where are we going? We need to go back to Daphne—"

"No!" Pansy hissed. "This is also difficult for me to understand but I should prioritize your safety."

"Pansy—"

"Alice, please stop making it hard for me. Didn't you hear? We need to hide!"

"And what?!"

Alice stopped on her tracks in the middle of the quiet, dark hallway. Pansy huffed in annoyance.

"Are you crazy?!"

"You are!" Alice emphasized. "Can't you see how many lives are risking?!"

"Oh so you want to be a hero?" Pansy chuckles. "Do you think it would benefit you any good other than being good as bait? Or worse! Getting killed!"

"I certainly do know that!" Alice replies.

"Then why can't you understand why we are escaping?!"

Alice heaved out a breathy sigh. Pansy just looked at her pitiful sight. The poor female Diggory did changed a lot through the years of pure chaos. Her stature was getting thinner and thinner, her small face was getting even smaller and her eyes were no longer filled with happiness; but with fear and isolation.

"I'm sorry, but we need to go."

Pansy dragged her as for Alice, reacting upon the force though she was against it. The two females started running towards a place that neither of them knew was safe nor a new entirety of danger. The female Parkinson no longer cared, just as long as she was far away from the people who were killing them, then she was fine by it.

She couldn't really understand Alice's thoughts at the moment. However all she know was that both of them were filled with fear and adrenaline. It feels like someone was going to appear and kill them clean in a straight second. Even she couldn't think straight which is why they resorted to running far away from this place. Some students stood their ground, protecting the pitiful Harry Potter but this was not a good option for Pansy which is why she pulled her.

"It pains me, you know." Alice began speaking once more.

Pansy ignored her statement which caused her to just pull her hand even more.

"...to see Daphne take her life away. It must've something in her head for a long time and neither one of us knew what really is it."
