"Did it hurt when the mark was given to you?"
From staring and thinking ever so deeply, Draco's thoughts were interrupted by his friend, Blaise who had been by his side since the war had abruptly began. The current situation did not sound as normal and as promising as it was before, however Draco knew that it would lead to somewhat like this.
War was really something.
Something he wished to never see, feel, and be stuck in ever again.
The blonde's gaze was now shifted to the dark skinned male as he nodded in agreement to his question.
"Still does actually. Especially when being summoned by him." Draco confessed as he gripped unto his sleeved-forearm.
Blaise nodded acknowledgingly as the cruel night of war ruled the whole castle once were filled with dreams. The pleadings and screams being heard from left to right, hexes going in and out of the wands, magical brooms swooshing by the air.
All was seen was the mass destruction.
"Times change..." Draco breathed out.
Blaise smiled bitterly. "Tell me about it."
With a worried look, Draco started a comversation. "Do you think the girls made it out safely?"
"Trust Pansy, she knows what she's doing." Blaise replies.
"I know I can trust on Pansy. But I just cannot bear to not think about — "
"Alice."
Draco froze on the name being dropped by his friend. He did not want to look at his friend in the eyes. He knew the other male had fancy the same girl. The air got even more awkward until the dark skinned male smiled, earning Draco's attention.
"Oh I know."
"You know?" Draco asked.
"I'm not blind, Draco. I literally have two eyes and they're crystal clear." Blaise retorded sarcastically. "So yeah, I know everything. Actually... the whole group knows, even Pansy."
